We went to the blue bell store today for lunch, and I was impressed with my hamburger and fries. I like my fries crispy and they were spot on! Te hamburger was cooked like it should be juicy but not red. The staff was awesome too! Always making sure we were doing good or see if we wanted anything else

I swear this place has the BEST burgers in the state, amazing quality meat, great buns and the fries are cooked perfectly. Service is allways superb and the atmosphere is awesome, can’t beat the prices either. Any time I can I’ll allways drive through Bluebell because this restaurant is so worth straying from the highway. An ABSOLUTE must try!

Ordered fish and chips with a salad no tomatoes and a chicken Philly wrap got home and had no English chips and tomatoes on the salad called and told them and they said since I ordered a side salad I got no chips. So in other words didn’t care to fix the issue , got off the phone went to eat the Philly and it was beef not chicken! Regardless I will NOT go back and I definitely would not recommend them!

I was very disappointed in our food last night. They must have fried fish in their fryer because our fries smelled and tasted like fish. The burgers were okay, but it wasn’t worth the price. We use to go there often and the food was reasonably priced and good. I won’t be going back any time soon.

UPDATE
Heard there was new management and decided to give it a try again. This time was amazing! Called a head and asked if we’d be able to bring a big group in. We showed up and the table was ready for 10 people with menus, silverware, and napkins. The waitress was super nice and did a great job with taking our order, making sure our drinks were filled and checking up on us. Menu was the same, food was good. Will be going back in the future.
I have been here numerous times with family. We always call a day a head to let them know we are a bigger group and would like to eat there. Every time without fail they screw up our order. This last time was probably the worst. Ordered a double taco but got a burrito instead which they called a double taco. Other family members got their food super early, others got sick of them coming out with the wrong order and were so hungry they just accepted whatever they brought out and another family member didn’t get his food for at least 2 hrs and everyone in our group was ready to leave. If your not too hungry, not in a rush and wanting to spend tons of money, this is the place. 3 people (w/one order to go) cost us $65. We got a cheese burger, 2 double Tacos aka just a big burrito, and a Big B burger, 3 sodas.
