NOTE: CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: 1).To the Owner, you should NEVER hang up on a customer, unless they were berligirent or too disrespectful. If customer ask questions about their food, this is NORMAL. Its going into their bodies. HONOR this vs. trying to just make money.
2).Listen, I KNOW at times it’s rough,but Smile & be respectful, as much as possible. Smile most times, even if it’s because your your food is delicious .
3).Also stop trying to confiscate extra cash via wrong prices.Avoid GREED. I hope you can “SEE THRU” usual daily

Why is the lady on the phone so GD rude sarcastic disrespectful for no reason at all. What I ordered was only $9.3 I did $4 upgrade for combination rice and she said my order was $25 with delivery. Keep in mind I’m going by the price on the menu I didn’t know the item went up a dollar but she cannot explain $25 and said goodbye and hung up. This is why I don’t feel bad when you see the news and bad things happen to certain establishments and employees that work there. The food is good, but the service is unacceptable

Ordered from this location 3 times now and each time it got worse. The bad part was I never got bean sprouts in my rice or egg. Was told that bean sprouts are extra. I have had fried rice from hundreds of places and never was told bean sprouts are extra in fried rice. It is part of what makes it fried rice. I really hate when companies are ripping people off for their money. They should be ashamed of themselves to even serve this fried rice to people. If wanted stir fried rice with onion and meat I could have made that myself. If you know what real fried rice is I recommend you stay away from this location.

I ordered a number 1 lunch special and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! Just rice and bean sprouts, no spring onions that’s SUPPOSED to be included. My meal is horrible without them. I didn’t ask for anything to be excluded and it doesn’t taste good without. I don’t think I’ll ever be returning!

Order xl fried rice with jumbo shrimp. Like 5 shrimp in whole box full of dry rice. When I went in to order should have left then due to cashier rushing me to decide on order. Also inside should have been a red flag.
