My daughters and I have been having tea at Teaberry’s for years! I take each girl on their own just to slow life down and spend time with each girl. THEY LOVE IT!!! We dress up and it’s so special!
We’ve waited patiently for the new location to open, and when we had a chance made a reservation. My 13 year old was SO EXCITED!! She couldn’t wait! My 17 yr old couldn’t make the reservation but was so disappointed and can’t wait until we go.
The food today at relaunch is EXACTLY THE SAME as 2 yrs ago! Lobster bisque= DELICIOUS;(oh those cheese crackers)- scones… mmm mmm!!! We took two to go; tea sandwiches = OMG!!! And DEFINITELY SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT. My favorite salad=the Waldorf with maple dressing!! Quiche is really good!! Really… it’s all so freaking good!! My favorite tea is the honey fig.
I adore the atmosphere, all the decor is so gorgeous! I love the tea cups waiting for us at the table, plus at the plates and utensils.
I LOVE THIS PLACE ALL AROUND!! There isn’t another like it, go if you have a chance!
Plus, they accommodate large parties, my sister in law had her bridal garden party here and it was really something to remember!
It us with EVERY PENNY for the food and experience!

Ah! High tea! Makes me downright giddy with happiness. And Teaberry does an amazing, fantastic, super awesome high tea experience at that!

Royal queen’s package all around, because… go big or go home right? So many amazing teas to try, and they come in the cutest pots wearing cozy pot warmers. Highly recommend the New Delhi Chai.

Best lobster bisque (with bonus swish of sherry) to start, followed by a wonderfully light pear salad. And then the sandwiches! Starting from a crisp cucumber to about 8 others, before ending on a dense but sweet date bread.

And then came my delicious apple infused scone, dipping in jelly and cream cheese and buttery goodness. And then… this is where we all have to surrender and being the sweets home. Slightly disappointed that we couldn’t go big all the way, our waitress was great at cheering us up and saying most people don’t make it to sweets either… ha.

This was both me and my friend’s first time in a loooong time, where we enjoy a decent meal without stressing about our toddlers trying to steal our food, and could almost forget we have kids for a minute or two while we gossiped and reminisced about the good college memories.

Such a fantastic place. Would come back 1000%. Also cute bathroom of hats!

Today I took my 3.5 year old on a mommy-daughter date to Teaberry’s. We had the BEST time, and every single thing we got was delicious! My daughter got the “Princess Tea” which comes with choice of tea (she chose hibiscus raspberry) mini sandwiches, a scone with three topping options, and then a dessert course! She was very happy with all of it, although we took the dessert course to-go since she had stuffed herself with the scone. I got a house blend Camellia tea (mild black tea) a lobster bisque, and a Petite Windsor Pear salad (with the maple dressing- HIGHLY recommend) and it was all very delicious, nicely presented, and all of the servers and staff were friendly and smiling. We will be back, for sure!
Editing to add the best part: My daughter brought her favorite stuffie, and Teaberry’s owner made sure that her stuffie had her own mini tea set, a play sandwich, and a mini high chair. It was perfect! My daughter was thrilled!

Had a 16th birthday here and it was the best experience ever! Communication and booking with Sara was quick and easy over email and our waitresses Liz and Liv were so welcoming and the guests had a great time talking with them. The atmosphere and decor was beautiful and the food and tea was completely beyond what we expected and so delicious. They were very accommodating for dietary restrictions, and there were so many tea options even for people who don’t usually enjoy tea. This place is truly special and I couldn’t recommend it more, especially for large parties!

I recently went here for the first time with my mom, stepdaughter (9) and niece (7) for a girls day. We had a wonderful time. Our server was so sweet. The girls ordered sandwiches from the kids’ menu and a small pot of hazelnut chocolate tea. It tasted like a dream. I finished what was left in their teapot LOL. My mom and I ordered a pot of the Earl Grey Cream, and you can never go wrong with an Earl Grey. It was delish. My mom ordered the Shelley, and I the Royal Albert with Tuna. The portions were appropriate and filling.

The ladies put a lot of attention to detail into decorating this place, because everything was decorated even down to the bathrooms.

This place is welcoming with amazing charm, and I will be returning!

My daughter took me today for tea today and the food surpasses other tea rooms we have been to with larger portions and everything from the soup , salad, sandwiches and desserts were delicious.
The tea needs nothing such as sugar, milk or cream to enhance it. The mansion is also quite Victorian throughout and the prices are very reasonable. This our new to go Tea place.
Thanks again and If I could give you more stars I would. Our waitress was wonderful, friendly and pleasant.

I love and adore this place! Its always clean, pristine, and the food is simply fresh and delicious! The price may not always be suitable for everyone’s budget, but if you could tuck away $5 here and there and reserve a table on a rainy day, I’d say do it! I recommend the Miladys Tea during the afternoon. This may be shocking but arrive hungry because it will fill you up by the time you’re done. I also recommend the Shelley on a toasted ciabata bread if you’re craving freshly carved turkey.

Let me tell you about my latest outing to Teaberrys Tea Room in Flemington NJ. I floated in like a feather on a spring breeze, ready for a little nourishment for both the body and the spirit, and I was not disappointed. The place looks like someone whispered to an English countryside cottage and asked it to dream a little bigger. Lace. Teapots. Wallpaper that knows secrets. It is all here.

Now the quiche. Oh heavens. The quiche. Creamy. Fluffy. Positively bursting with flavor. The sort of quiche that makes you close your eyes and hum a little tune because it feels like a hug from a long lost aunt. Do not, under any circumstances, ask about the fat or calorie content. Some things are meant for enjoyment, not arithmetic.

Then we come to the scones. People adore the scones. They speak of them in reverent tones. And in my own way, so do I. They are a thing of beauty. Golden. Proud. Textured like a desert landscape at high noon. Each bite is an experience. A contemplative moment. A chance to appreciate the dry and noble tradition of British baking. If your tongue curls into a tiny leaf of itself while you chew, that is simply authenticity taking hold. Do have a sip of tea nearby. You will need it for the full effect.

Speaking of tea, the selection is nothing short of magnificent. Rows and rows of blends that call out to you like old friends from different chapters of your life. Every pot arrives properly steeped, fragrant, and handled with the sort of grace one usually reserves for handling royal heirlooms. If tea is your ritual, this place will restore your faith in the ceremony.

All in all, Teaberrys is delightful. Eclectic. Charming. A perfect little English daydream tucked in the heart of New Jersey. I will absolutely return, hat pinned, pearls straight, and ready for another afternoon of quiche, contemplation, and scones that dare you to be brave.
