This restaurant is underrated. The sushi is delicious and the price is “soft” compared to other sushi restaurants that I have tried. The decorations were very basic so I gave 4 stars for it. But it’s a friendly place with delicious food and fresh sushi overall. Glad that I found it.

Unfortunately, the gyoza is not pan-fried; they are deep fried. The ramen tasted instant. However, I give this restaurant a 4 because the steak, shrimp, pork belly, and egg were all cooked to perfection.

Very good experience for a first time visit. I ordered the Kimbi Bowl which was delicious and would order again. Can’t tell you about the sushi cause I didn’t try. Restaurant was clean they run tv screens so you can see the process of food being prepared. I would recommend this place.
Update: would still recommend, haven’t had a bad meal yet. Recommend Kimbe Bowl

We stopped in for lunch today and had the 2 roll lunch special with soup, and an additional specialty roll and sashimi appetizer. Everything was freshly prepared and they even made some fresh ponzu sauce on request. The service was excellent and friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Definitely plan to return the next time we come back to Jacksonville.

I ordered Thai Basil Chicken and got something that looked like hibachi instead: no basil at all, full of zucchini, and drenched in a sugary sauce. When I asked, they said “that’s our style.” If that’s the case, then call it your own style instead of labeling it Thai food. Even the ramen was nowhere close to the taste or quality of Tokyo Ramen on Atlantic Blvd. Definitely not authentic.

Ordered from here on uber eats first and loved it all but wanted to try it in person. Eating here, the environment was super nice, the staff was awesome and attentive and checked on me often. The food… I got teriyaki chicken ramen with pork bone broth, king salmon roll, Kani salad, and some Nigiri sushi… everything was both aesthetically pleasing and tasted amazing. I will be coming back again for more, thank you to the staff and compliments to the chef! Add on here, they offer military discount so that was a nice addition.

2nd Hibachi place I’ve tried since moving to this side of town. Much more seasoned and tasteful food than others, meal size is huge!!
Kids loved the “chicken juice” lol.

Service was fast and kindly enough, however the ramen I came to eat was a little bit disappointing. The flavor of the broth was bland and lacked the richness of a good Japanese ramen, missing notes of dashi, or bone flavour. The curly noodles were the type and quality of Maruchan or Instant Cup Noodles. The roast pork wasn’t soft, not even close to the flavor of chashu. The only positive thinks were the ajitama (boiled and marinated egg) and the wakame. I still have to think if I will come back to try the sushi.

Workers were very friendly. Order was ready on time and the lady gave me lots of shrimp sauce! Rating is solely based on sushi. The Mt. Fuji had fish that was tough and a weird after taste. They were large fried pieces and I felt like they were fried too long. Did not like the Pink Lady roll, if you don’t like lemon I would not suggest it. It wasnt the lemon that threw me off but it didnt balance well with the roll and other ingredients. The Dynamite Roll was tasty, similar to other places I’ve tried. The Spicy Volcano was also pretty good. Spring rolls were great and the lo mein was good. Overall, I’ve had better sushi and if I went here again would opt to try hibachi or other plates.
