Here at Fratelli’s we want you to enjoy a true Italian style pizza. We make our own dough using flour imported from Italy, hand toss it, top it and bake it in our wood-fired brick oven. You won’t find many of our ingredients on other pizza menus – most of our toppings are ones you would find on pizzas in Italy. The quantities complement rather then overwhelm the simple flavor of our crust and sauce. We hope you enjoy eating our pizzas as much as we enjoy making them for you!

There’s patio seating in front and back of the restaurant and the inside seating area is small. The place was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The salad was very tasty, but the dressing selection is limited and mediocre.
The pizza is a different story. The crust was a poor quality, bland affair. Slightly over crispy on the outside and limp at the center. The toppings were good quality, well prepared, and delicious. They really need to get that crust figured out. Service was quick and friendly throughout our dining experience.

Located downtown, very pleasant surroundings. Easy parking, and welcomed at the door. Staff was very friendly, and ice tea went down nicely. Had the antipasto salad with house vinaigrette, and Capricciosa on gluten free crust. Very tasty and perfectly cooked and balanced flavors. Food was fresh and hot, and even had some to take home. Prices were reasonable. Definitely a must try.

First time in Salon Springs this weekend and decided to try this restaurant because the reviews made the pizza looks so good! I had the chicken Panini pizza in my husband got the three little pigs pizza, and both of them were delicious. We sit on the back deck. The weather was great, and so was the service.

We love this place!! The pizza is incredible. Even just the dough is delicious. I had the alpine and it’s my favorite pizza I’ve ever had. My husband had the 3 little pigs and loved it as well. We had the ultimate cheese sticks (YUM), 2 side salads, 2 pizzas, and 2 scoops of gelato. It was $55 before tip!! Highly recommend.

This hidden gem is amazing! I love that the pizza wasn’t all crust like most places. Crust is perfect I loved the flavor! The winners for sure were the Pesto Cheese Bread. I loved the spinach and artichoke pizza I got half chicken Alfredo it was also good but overall my favorite was the spinach and artichoke! Parmesan cheese was $1 for a 3 oz cup but it’s freshly grated! I did try the side salad with their house dressing it was good not my favorite it just tasted a little strong. We will definitely be coming back we had a whole pizza left my husband got a personalized pizza and he also loved it! We’re gonna share our leftovers with family so they can come and try!

I didn’t realize that fire roasted Stromboli would be partially burnt. I took it back in the store and asked them if this was how it normally looks and they said “yes”. I tore off the burnt areas. The part that was not burnt was delicious.

My wife and I were in Siloam Springs on a little bit of business. It was king of late in the day and we need food so we gave this place a chance. The food was good, the service was excellent, and pricing was reasonable. It was located in the historic district and it and all surrounding store were really nice.

Found ourselves in Siloam Springs with a little time on our hands, so we fired up ol Google looking for a nice place for dinner. This place had great reviews so we decided to give it a shot and I’m glad we did. First let me set the stage… There’s a light snow falling outside, a little Frankie playing on the radio, a local cold one on the table and a bit of pleasant conversation to be had. This is a cozy little place with excellent food, a fantastic local beer selection, wonderful staff, and Don, the owner, is top notch! We joked that we drove up from OKC just to try his place out. We’ll let me say, it would have been worth the trip if we had. If you are in the area, this place definitely should not be missed!
