If I could give zero stars I would.
Horribly managed restaurant.
I got a horrible pizza.
Never left the parking lot…brought it right back in and asked for a refund or a new pizza.
After I was assured by the general manager that he made my pizza and if I wanted it remade he would make it exactly the same way (which wasn’t what I ordered when I ordered online) I asked for a refund.
He said he couldn’t refund me my money so I contacted the complaint line and was told I’d be contacted in 3 days.
Never happened.
Do yourself a favor. Domino’s is a few doors down…. And they make your pizza the way you order it!

Damn! PizzaHut! Damn! Form losing our local Hut, to finding this gem, the wifey and I could not be happier with this dinner. Finding a PizzaHut to dine-in, yeah, I said dine-in, was a treat for sure. Thank you!

I typically don’t have complaints — I’m the “it’s fine, I’ll eat it” type — but today’s order? Oh no, today’s order was a crime scene in a pizza box. I usually like a little extra pizza sauce, but the amount on our pizzas was enough to baptize a small village in marinara. Now I’m sitting here rehearsing how I’m going to explain, in vivid PowerPoint-level detail, just how much sauce was involved — because “a lot” doesn’t even begin to cover it.— and the cheese? Let’s just say it was sprinkled on like it was a limited-edition luxury item being rationed during a dairy apocalypse. Next order will come with some detailed instructions!

Same substandard crap that I stopped ordering a year ago. The build you’re own box pizzas have full sized corner slices that are 60% bread(less than a full bite of cheese and no sauce), called back missing an entire wings component thats literally part of the box deal, and waited over an hour for it to arrive but never came when we were told like 15 minutes. The only upside was that the pesto “Margherita” pizza actually tasted good(cherry tomatoes, pesto, and no sliced mozzarella), not one bit traditional but I like roasted cherry tomatoes. Everything else tasted like dollar store stuff I could have made better. Do yourself a favor and dump pizza hunt ads straight in the garbage and get some Toppers or Domino’s.

The drivers they use do not read any directions you put in. I sat waiting for food that they took to a different address, not the one I gave them and placed my order to, but one in the DoorDash “system” Somehow, that was my fault? Second time out of 3 I either didn’t get my food or got it ice cold. Maybe for pickup this place is fine. Get delivery at your own risk. I just wanted a little dinner after moving all day.

We do not prefer the popular thin crust that is offered in the area so Pizza Hut is closer option to what we want. We’ve tried more than 6 times to eat inside and different times to try the pizza buffet. They are under staffed and the dining room is closed and the times the buffet is available is not consistent either. We have not had a chance to eat there yet. Very disappointing

Placed an order on the app to pick up at 12:15. I get there at 12:30 knowing pizza places are always behind. The building was locked. No workers in the building. While I was there a couple other people showed up to get their orders as well. That was unacceptable and unprofessional. Another reason why big chain restaurants are trash.

I placed an order on the app 3 weeks ago, the order was confirmed and the tracking even updated to say the pizzas were in the oven. It never arrived and it turned out the store was closed for a week because of a pipe burst. They charged my card anyways and I have still not received a refund. It is impossible to find anyone to talk to on the phone, or if I do find someone to talk to, like on online help chat, they say they can’t do anything. I just want a refund. Very poor service.
