came to this restaurant on a weekend morning for breakfast. The wait was relatively fast, and we got seated to our table within five minutes of arrival. Once getting to our table, our waitress was Serenity. she was very nice pleasant and professional. we ordered two grandma samplers, one with French toast and over easy eggs, the other scrambled eggs and pancakes. The food was hot and fresh, although it took over 40 minutes for us to receive our meal numerous other couples arrived after us and ordered after us and they received finished and paid for their meal before we even received ours. We feel like we were slightly forgotten about? Serenity was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience, but we generally feel like something went wrong and was miscommunicated throughout the translation of our order. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots, and was quite disappointed in the long turnaround time.

was delayed due to miscommunication with the Cook. So we had to wait a little longer for the second order. No problem we weren’t in an hurry. I shared mine with my husband while we waited. Legend was very apologetic for the mix-up. All in all It was worth the wait. Didn’t have to pay for the second order. Great food & attentive waiter. That won’t keep us from returning.
Will definitely be back.

Placed a curbside order and waiting more than half an hour. My order was well over $100. No other curbside orders either. Wasn’t even lunchtime. Ridiculous. Sad because I’ve been a cracker barrel fan since a child. Smh

I think this is one of the best breakfast places around. Fresh and made to order. We’ve been there several times and typically will eat breakfast there before a full day of excursions. Service over the years has been consistent and very good, even the young servers have been good. I’m so glad that this location did not abandon its original theme and kept to its roots. Don’t change a thing because it works. We also have some dinners, and I did enjoy the meatloaf.

Whoa do NOT slow down to stop here
Second times in two weeks i stopped. Huge mistake.
First time service was horrible and food was good. No review left cause i have better things to do

They kept taking more and more people and the waitress could not keep up at all . When she finally did come over we ordered right away. Took a while to receive water. We never received biscuits (learned we needed to ask for them to be served prior to the meal. Because of the slow delivery of food we needed to ask for it to go.
Fish was cold. Carrots tasted like they were not cooked..hard and had an odd flavor.almost like they were filled with pesticides. Fried okra overdone
Hamburger not grilled to well .
So so sad that i will keep driving now versus make this a destination on my trips
Asked the manager why the slow service he said one cook and people are getting ready for Thanksgiving. Well i was there so i would think you would wnant serve me. Maybe say no to some thanksgiving orders, maybe dont have people sat right a way so the cook could catch up

We normally love this Cracker Barrel, but recently we went and had an off experience compared to our normal. First off we got there and were told 20 minute wait and had to wait almost an hour to be seated which is not great, if we had been told an hour when we got there we would of left. Then when we finally got called up to the host stand the older lady at the host stand had an extreme attitude and said “ your reservation clearly said for 2 people there’s 3 of you” referring to my child who’s under 1!! Who does not sit at the table in a chair and when I went up to the stand with him earlier to make the reservation they said oh 2 adults and a baby and I said yes. It just overall was extremely weird that she felt the need to be rude. Then said well we can’t seat you because you’re not gonna fit at the table I was going to put you at, even though half the restaurant was empty and I could see plenty of tables open. We told her we would sit at the 2 top and then asked the manager if we could move to a four and he said yes but it was odd that she felt the need to act that way over a baby.

Went to have lunch here yesterday and couldn’t decide what to order as there are many choices. I finally decided and waitress ( phenomenal) came back and said they ran out of meatloaf! So it was back to the menu to decide again. I ordered fried chicken strips which were very good. Was able to get two sauces and they were delicious as well! It came with two sides which were yummy! Our waitress was 5 stars! She was very patient and attentive!!

Cracker Barrel offers a charming atmosphere, but our experience was mixed. There was a bit of a wait before our rushed waitress took our order. The pancake tacos were tasty, but the hash brown casserole could have been better prepared, as the Colby cheese flavor was barely noticeable or missing altogether. Overall, the ambiance was pleasant, making it a decent spot for a meal despite some service and food preparation issues.

The steak was ordered medium and it was cooked well done. The fried pickles were good, cheese curds were okay, could have been crispier. The chicken fried chicken was decent, however, our server did not bring the gravy that goes with it. The loaded Mac and cheese was bland. The loaded hash browns were decent but could use some salt. The chicken tenders are very dry. The cord bread is dry. The biscuits are actually pretty good. The place is dirty and none of the employees are friendly. Overall, we will not be back.

We hadn’t been going to Cracker Barrel in some time because help was so scarce and it became quite an extended dining experience.
We were in the area and decided to give them another try last night and we’re SO happy we did.
The menu is new, the servers were much more readily available, and all were very friendly.
We each ordered the catfish. One of us fried and the other grilled. We shared one of each.
The breading on the fried catfish is very light and tasty and the seasoning on the grilled can’t be beat and will likely be our choice next time because it was so flavorful.
The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. We had plenty to take home as leftovers.
We will definitely be back to enjoy other menu options.
Also, the country store never disappoints, with all of the cute items for sale before and after you meal.
