I walked in, I was greeted nicely and the treatment was nice. I asked for butter, they didn’t have any… I went to go get napkins there wasn’t any. They were out of napkins too. They barely gave me any food. (And the bread was hard.) For the price I paid, I think this was overpriced. Get better Panera.

Ordered food for delivery. My tomato basil cucumber salad had mold on it. When I called, the restaurant the manager said that there was nothing she could do for me and I would have to contact door dash who delivered it. I told her that I ordered it on their website and did not have access to door dash in order to request a refund. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely refused to help me. I called their customer service line and spoke with someone else. They immediately issued me a refund and told me they would discuss how to be professional with the employee. I will not eat at this Panera again.

I’m am over it! Panera’s prices are too expensive for less than mediocre service. The first time I had an issue but they would not do anything because it was Uber Eats today I went inside and they sold me a grilled cheese with the paper from the cheese still on it. It was like a playground on the inside. Such a disappointment… and the cheese was black. French onion soup barley no cheese and the croutons I had to ask for were stale. This is no longer the place it used to be!!! I must say the young lady that took my order was really nice!!

I’ve used their rapid pick-up option a few times and was very disappointed.
One of the times I ordered a cinnamon roll. They didn’t even put it in a bag. They just set the box on the shelf. No bag, napkins, fork or knife. I had to ask for them.
Another time, I ordered the pick-two. They forgot to put chips in my bag, and the tuna salad sandwich barely had any tuna on it(photo posted).
I only go to this location because it’s near my job. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Deeply disappointed with the order. It’s late, Ingredients were altered, professionalism of the associates are questionable. It was on the tipping point. A bit more of a push and I would have taken my family out elsewhere and would have raised a dispute with my credit card. Leaving a google review of 2 stars.

I have gotten food pre-packaged and either delivered or set for pickup multiple times from this Panera, and everytime I order a banana is it severely bruised, over ripe and overall, wouldn’t even be acceptable to sell in a grocery store.
So why are all of your bananas such bad quality? Or is it because it’s doordash that makes you not care about the quality of the customers food?

Would you eat a banana that looks like that? probably not, and if that is the case then why would you give such a nasty looking banana to a customer to eat?! Is this situation you employees being petty?

Extremely loud music. Anyone that wants to meet for a meeting or Bible study avoids there to sit down. I visited a few times and had to stop because you can’t even hear your thoughts sitting in there. Definitely not a good atmosphere to eat and work. Only pickup and go. Every other Panera bread I’ve been to. Don’t have there music that loud. Actually no coffee shop or restaurant has there music that loud at all unless it’s a lounge or night club.
