Dairy Queen is like a household name. Everyone knows of it so it makes it hardly worth reviewing. Nonetheless, I will still do my part.
In the past, especially in the evenings, this restaurant is absolute madness! The lines, inside and outside, are long. Because of this and the constant need to take orders and attend to guests, keeping up with cleaning the dining room and checking on bathrooms can become a challenge. Luckily I did not dine at this time of day. I came here only to pick up a cake that was ordered.
On this visit, the dining room was very clean, all items were well-stocked and organized. All the signs were working well and were clean. The employees’ uniforms were clean and not disheveled or messy. The cashier was very friendly and waited while I checked my order over to be sure it was completely to my liking. Like many fast food restaurants, the parking area may not be as attended to. One thing I did notice, though, was that, at the dumpster, trash bags were in front of it instead of inside. The dumpster did not look so full as to prevent another bag from being put into it. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. The cake came out perfect and my grandson enjoyed it thoroughly.

Very friendly and attentive staff members. I saw staff actually wiping down and cleaning up tables as it was busy. You can tell they are really working as a team. Ice cream was great, and the fries tastes very good! Way better than McDonald fries by a long shot.

This location has went to shit fast! They only care about their drive-through times not the quality of any of the food! We’ve received both raw chicken and blizzards with absolutely nothing in them three or four different times now! Totally bummed out that it’s gotten this bad! We asked to get our blizzard fixed because it was missing the chocolate sauce and when they gave it back to us, it was literally nothing but chocolate sauce, and it was absolutely disgusting.

A quick drivethrough visit makes a place easy for a quick bite. Though, the roads nearby are clutter with orange cones for construction that I was not seeing. The actual service was pretty quick and made sure the ice cream we ordered was ice-ice cold. Instant brainfreezes are a eeal way to go, cannot tell me otherwise!
The chicken strips were alright, though. With the honey mustard, it was made enjoyable.

So I got the Superman buffalo chicken and was very disappointed. I could have gotten the regular and some sauce packed and do a better job. Shame.

We went to their drive through and there was a car in front of us and they were waiting for a while and then left. When we went to the speaker we never got greeted and we asked if anyone was there and no one answered. Then we pulled around thinking it was closed just to see the employees playing around.

Update your time, tried getting ice cream on 12/23 and they closed at 8pm. On the door it also says nothing about them closing early for 12/23! Such a bummer

Order four chicken strips only, but they rung up a four chicken strips combo. The food was luke warm. The cost way too expensive for what I ordered. 4 piece chicken strip combo, sm concert, small orange cream something and free fries via DQ App, over 20 bucks.
However, staff was very friendly and atmosphere was pleasant.

I have only ever had the best experiences here! The employees are all excellent: polite, prompt, thoughtful, professional. The restaurant is always clean, the food always just as ordered and quick to arrive. I prefer no other fast food place in Brighton.
