My absolute favorite drive-thru Starbucks.
Almost always the same team and familiar faces — excellent customer service and great attention to detail. I’ll even drive extra time just to order here. The coffee tastes better compared to other locations — not over-burned like it sometimes is elsewhere. It shows that the coffee machines are cleaned carefully, and I really appreciate that.

Thank you!

To management: please fix the drive-thru scanner.

It’s not hard getting through 4 cars in the drive thru. It really isn’t and does not take 15 minutes worth of waiting both inside and in drive thru during their slow hour outside of the rush hour.

When they relay my order back to me to confirm it’s right, I get to the window and they hand me the drink with no visible editing on their label. This is a problem at all Starbucks locations, not just this one but this one has done it a few times, including handing me someone else’s order.

Inside it’s very loud but spacious which I like. The baristas are all talking to one another at a table or making a ton of noise behind the counter. I used to like coming inside to this Starbucks but after all the noise and constant business since they closed down the other two locations at crossroads mall, I gave up. I don’t come to this one anymore. Last time I came, I almost drove out of the drive thru line because lunch is only 35 and 15-21 minutes of waiting for coffee during their slow time, was awful.

Slow service and everyone inside seems to hate their jobs, no one has been smiling up until I stopped coming except for a nice gentleman who was my second to last visit. Drive thru I had a mix bag of responses. Most nice, some just flat out don’t even say hi. They instantly tell you your cost, scan you and hand you your drink. Serious. But the drinks taste fine for Starbucks standards which are much lower in the last half decade than prior.

Avoid this one, especially since it’s only accessible from one side of the street so you have to do a u-turn if you want to get to it. And getting out is a pain.

I love this Starbucks! The drinks are made lightning fast, there is a roaring fire to sit by when it’s freezing cold, and a really neat arrangement of quite a lot of sitting space and furniture.

I’m up at Crossroads quite a lot anyway, so I definitely think this will be one of my favorite spots to have a beverage and read a book or work

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in Bellevue.
The environment here is incredibly relaxing — the seating area is spacious, clean, and super comfortable whether you’re here to work, read, or catch up with friends. The staff are always friendly, patient, and quick, which makes every visit feel welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer, and it’s consistently a great experience. I really appreciate the vibe and the team here.

Even on busy days, staff are great, Joey and the crew during the holidays were on it and in great spirits. Space inside felt great for me to come in to read and write. I’d come here more often if I lived within walking distance

Very noisy place and staff is normally chatting when you’re waiting for your coffee. Not to mention that they pay more attention to the drive through than people that ordered directly in store.

Waited for 30 minutes plus on the drive through lane doesn’t seem reasonable to me. I guessed one of the customers placed a large order which caused a backup, because my car didn’t move at all for 15-20 minutes on the drive through lane. My experience with other Starbucks stores is to ask the car which caused the backup to park so that the traffic could continue to flow.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte and even double-checked with the cashier to make sure it was iced, not hot. When I received my order, it was hot. I politely mentioned that this wasn’t what I ordered, but instead of handling it professionally, the employee got visibly irritated and spoke to me rudely.

He then remade the drink, but the iced version tasted strange — something was off, and I couldn’t even drink it. I ended up throwing it away after paying $8.50 for it. The worst part was that when he handed me the drink, he shut the window right in my face, which felt very disrespectful and unnecessary.

I’ve always liked Starbucks for its service and consistency, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so no other customer has to go through the same experience.

Order took over 25 minutes. They were giving everyone behind me their stuff first and I ordered online. It wasn’t until I said I’m leaving my drink was magically ready after asking a few times. The food was sitting out for 20 minutes. She replied “I’m working” Made me all of my coworkers miss their lunch.
