Ordered a no dough bowl and a salad with Greek dressing online. Arrived at the restaurant to pick it up and was given the bowl but had to wait the longest time for the salad. Got all the way home to discover ranch dressing in my bag. Drove back to the restaurant and was told “oh that’s okay”. Very poor service.

A friend ordered 80 dollars worth of food and all 4 of the pizzas had barely any sauce at all. They were undercooked and soggy by the time it arrived. Our door dash driver was very nice and greeting. Gross pizza.

Very disappointed in the manager Damien. I called up to share with them that my $13 salad had someone’s 1 inch white/ bonde hair in it when I went to serve my child and he was Nearly laughing over the phone, defending everyone in his store. He could’ve simply apologized and offered a credit, but he kept defending saying that no one there has that hair and it must have came from somewhere else And when I informed them that it could’ve came from an animal, I’m just simply not sure but it was in my salad, he continued to be very defensive and argumentative saying that everyone wears aprons.
They are not that clean there Because I have seen the people working with no gloves and without aprons. I can’t speak for the hair nets because I haven’t paid that close of attention but when I brought it to his attention that I can tell he’s nearly laughing, he told me that he wasn’t laughing, but he was smiling to “lighten” the mood and that they’re busy. I don’t think it’s funny or pleasant that somebody was about to serve a human or animal hair to their child. I’m considering not ordering from here again just because of the way they handle the situation. They also forgot the pizza sauce for the breadsticks which I had called to report earlier in which they did not care to apologize for, but that’s ok. That’s something little. Just please make sure you check your food because they don’t care.

My pizzas were cut very uneven. I called and was told there was a new person on the cut table . They offered to remake the pizza but my siblings were starving. this was their dinner after school . i had to cut the pizza myself, and none of the pieces were same size. It looked like there was a star in the middle of my pizzas lol.

Today I placed an order at your Belleville Road location and waited 15 minutes, only to find out my pizza was never made. I was later told it had been mistakenly given away. When I asked for a cash refund—so I could get food elsewhere for my children—I was informed it had to be processed back to my card, which would take 5 to 7 business days.
That’s unacceptable. I came in good faith, and left without food, wasting both time and money. To make matters worse, the young woman working the counter had a poor attitude and showed no sense of urgency or customer care.
I will not be returning to this location, and I hope you’ll address this matter with better training and customer service standards.

Man oh man was this a treat. Back in the day I used to get the three cheeser Bowie bread with the turbo crust, so when I drove past it, naturally I had a craving. But in all cases every time I go to a fast food place and attempt to order something they always tell me it’s discontinued, however that was not the case here. I walked into a friendly staff and there it was waiting on me to order and devour a old time favorite. It’s refreshing for an establishment to remain unmoved and knows what the customers love. And it was GOOD!

I got a pizza here the other day and they were very busy. The company is doing a transition in the style of deep dish they make and there was a problem with my pizza. Despite being incredibly busy they never once used that as an excuse. They made me aware of the situation and took the time to explain it to me and offered to make amends.
You can’t ask for more than that. Top knotch customer service I’m happy to be a customer and support local franchise that has been in the area for a long time.

*Update* – Concern addressed, store was busy and I didn’t hear clearly order was canceled. End of the day, they are just tryin to run a business. Busy times happen.
I been eating here personally for long time but I am was doing a door dash delivery order and system didn’t receive so I just follow as door dash instructed to place order manually and they refused and younger guy was rude and told me to leave store.
