29 May 2025 at 6:30 pm I ordered my food and staff seemed rude and I order large big ham and cheese meal. Paid for large and they gave me a medium and said they ran out of large cups. Then gave me another drink to make the difference. Gave me a tiny ham and cheese sandwich go inside and manager places the sandwich back on warmer and then an employee tried to give me the same sandwich in return. This is the only time I had bad service. The picture below is the managers making of the sandwich and doesn’t have cheese on it. This team is setting a bad reputation and wasnt even busy.

After waiting 14 minutes for the order to arrive, one may drive off without more than a cursory check on the food. Unfortunately, in this case, while the bag contained two burgers with the rest of the food, they were neither a Monster Burger nor a Mushroom n Swiss. Instead, we recieved 2 overcooked large double cheese burgers with only ketchup and mustard toppings. Will mark this as a ‘do not stop’ for future trips through southern VA.

This was a hilarious experience. The guy who took our order was maybe high maybe hard of hearing or maybe just unmotivated because we had to repeat ourselves a lot. The funniest part was when we ordered a milkshake and he said, “the ice cream is frozen, so I won’t be able to scoop it.” So no milkshake. Got to the window and mentioned this to the young lady. She said she’d get the shake for us. She was lovely and made sure we got everything we asked for. Unfortunately the fries and food was cold. But that milkshake was delicious!

Go to this restaurant daily today I ordered my hashbrowns well done extra crispy by the time I got to the stoplight out of the parking lot. My whole bottom of my bag was completely soaked in grease. I turned around, took my bag back. It had an awful experience. There’s really no need to go in details just know if customer service is what you’re looking for. This is not the place Fresh hot food again. This is not the place. I was a daily customer and today will be my last I work too hard for my money. Oh, I forgot the best part after I stood at the counter for 12 1/2 minutes waiting for my remake of a sausage biscuit and hashbrowns. I was told by the cashier why do I come there every day that if she goes somewhere and their food is not right, she just doesn’t go there anymore. Talk about customer retention. This place will be like all the rest of the places on that side of town the side of town is suffering from tooth decay and it’s really sad my biscuit never got replaced. She asked me why would she replace it? There was nothing wrong with it. It was the hashbrowns mind you it sat on the counter not to heat shoot for 12 1/2 minutes so of course my biscuit was ice cold

Worst Hardee’s ever. I don’t frequent Hardee’s but every time I do there is something missing or something is wrong with my food. Last year I ordered a “chill dog” just to get home and there was NO CHILLI on my hot dog just a plane hot dog in a bun. Decided to wait before I went back. I last went there on 3/1/25 and my biscuit sandwich was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Fast forward to 4/17 two sides were missing from a meal that’s supposed to come with sides and yes again my biscuit was hard as a brick. I sent an email and never heard back. Needless to say never going to visit any Hardee’s again. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner there was an issue with my meal from this same location. That is just sad and shows there is a lack of management. I’ve ran stores before and never would I ever let something like that happen.

Just left from here I waited 20 mins before my order could be taken there were others in from of me waiting for a long time too to place they order. After I got my food I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my cup. Yes there were only 4 ppl working but still should of been some team work going on the lady at the window only cared about the window and the person the loby orders was slow and didn’t know what he was doing and nobody wanted to help him. Always waiting in the drive thru this is what I waited for a sloppy mess burger and cold fries. This burger was suppose to have lettuce and tomatoes. This is what I got after waiting in the drive thru. Now I know why there is not any Hardee’s in Maryland. This was my last visit here forever ever ever Well today 1/13/2020 my husband went and bought my kids breakfast…needless to say they got food poison
