Kasey (sp?), the young woman at the counter was delightful. Beyond that, it was pretty poor. Tables and benches/seats were dirty; we wiped our own before sitting down.
We got You Pick 2 meals, one with the Southwestern Chicken sandwich (my friend reported that to be decent), I got the Ciabatta cheese steak sandwich. We both got French onion soup.
The Cheese steak sandwich was HEAVY on saucy goo and extremely light on meat. The sauce on my sandwich and both of our soups tasted really sugary sweet, rather than the savory taste it usually has.
I’ll reach out to the GM when he gets back from vacation, especially considering we drove all the way to Aurora because that Panera Bread was rated higher than the Denver stores Panera used to be pretty tasty, but it’s been very disappointing for the price. I’ll update this review if there’s anything to report after speaking to the manager next week.

No one acknowledged me when I walked in, so I ordered on the kiosk. I waited almost 20 minutes for an order, while an off duty employee distracted the workers with conversations about drinking and partying. The food was average but extremely over priced. I paid almost $12 for a Mediterranean sandwich with hummus, and it barely had any hummus at all. It looked like a smear of butter, like they had tried to scrape it off with knife to purposefully leave behind a thin streak of hummus… and they raised the cost of the side baguette to $2.50! A full-size baguette costs $5.

Panera is awesome! I really enjoy having their yummy soups in a breadbowl. But they also have plenty of other delicious menu items. The ambiance is inviting and relaxed. The staff are friendly and prepare your order quickly.

You gotta love Panera! So good! I went here for some breakfast and to get some work done. It was great. The place was pretty quiet and not too busy inside. I got their chocolate croissant, coconut macaroon, and a cinnamon crunch bagel. It was great! Don’t skip out on their baguettes too when you get an entree!
The place also seems clean and the staff was super friendly and amazing. There is a parking lot available out front as well.
So, to sum it up, great Panera. Will definitely be back to this location for some breakfast or to get some work done!
P.S: Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program to save a few bucks after a few visits!

This was an odd experience. The cashier who rang me up was great. However, when I got back to work to serve my bagels to my coworkers and customers there was mold in the cream cheese and I was missing two bagels. I immediately turned around and went back to the store to exchange my cream cheese and collect my two missing bagels. Upon arriving I was not greeted with professional courtesy. Jesus was pretty rude about the situation and acted like I was lying about the cream cheese or something even though I was presenting it to him with the mold for his own eyes to see. It just felt as though I was being scrutinized for a mistake y’all made. I honestly wasn’t even upset I list wanted the mistake corrected but I was treated poorly.

Standard Panera menu in a nice setting. The steak and egg breakfast sandwich was hot and very good. The ciabatta it was served on was fresh and tasty. The coffee wasn’t bad either.
Service was fast and friendly both when ordering and picking up the food. The space is laid out nicely with several smaller groupings of seats giving the feeling of a more intimate place. There’s a fireplace and the do have Wi-Fi for customers.
There is plenty of parking in the vicinity of the restaurant.

Haven’t eaten Panera in a while because $17 for 1 cup of soup and half a sandwich is crazy! But I decided to give in yesterday. This is such a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. Never again! How is this company still in business?!?

Just a report on this specific visit where the perfect storm of three whole customers results in a seven minute wait to order a paper cup, and then two out of four self serve coffee pots are empty. So, despite the appearance of a tight operation, this design flaw always lingers at panera, and you can start your peaceful morning cafe visit in this very aggravating fashion.
