2/7/26 I work the graveyard shift at a psychiatric hospital nearby. I stopped to get a burger. Double Big Buford heavy cheese no pickles. I made sure the young lady understood I wanted heavy cheese because the last I came I didn’t get it. Once again, not only did the burger not have cheese. It taste like they put pickle juice on the bread.

Some of us may not be familiar with origins of Checkers/Rally’s. They have been around for many decades and still providing exceptional food and service. I’ve visited this Checkers/Rally’s location on many occasions. I am trying to get burned out on the Buford combo so I can began trying all the other foods. Although , there are many good items on the menu I enjoy ordering the Buford combo with strawberry)Fudge sundae. The Checkers/Rally’s burger offers a signature burger taste apart from other burgers. The food has always been hot apparently made as ordered to go. The staff here are always polite. My order has always been precise. Checkers/Rally’s is private owned and enforce a policy of 100% customer satisfaction wherein any problems with order will be promptly corrected to customer satisfaction. Manager Mikiah has a great attitude, exceptional customer service experience and appear to strive in upholding the standards of Checkers/Rally’s. A very pleasant person. I support this location and hope other locations offer this same pleasant experience as I plan to dine in more often at Checkers/Rally’s. I hope this review reach many views and others stop by Checkers/Rally’s to enjoy the taste of food, exceptional customer service and modest price for buck. The only issue of concern is that I wish the Buford burger was the size of a whopper because everytime I finish the burger, I forget that I even had the Buford burger. Thanks for allowing me to share

everytime i come here the food is really good and the ladies who work there are really sweet. they always short staffed and sometimes it takes a while, but they do the best they can! shout out to the lady with the long eyelashes, nails, & cute hairstyles. you are always so nice!

In baton rouge there’s a burger King few blocks away stopped to make a order at the drive thru..no one answered…so I go to checkers..had 4 cars when I pulled up..They took my order I waited..notice the line is moving quickly so I made it to the window young lady told me my order gave her the money got my food I said yall moving kinda fast here ..her response oh you been here 2 minutes and some change…that’s slow!..

I went the drive thru and got $2 for $7. I got a burger and a chicken sandwich. The meat on the burger was cold, dry, and old, the bread wasn’t heated. So I returned it and asked for a fresh burger. I waited all of 15 mins just to practically get the same cold burger back. If I wasn’t with someone else I would have just asked for my money back. I get some places can be understaffed, but there’s no reason to continue giving ppl cold food because the workers are lazy and don’t wanna drop fresh food. I stay an hour and half away so I was really looking forward to hot, fresh, juicy burger but the complete opposite. Very sad and disappointing experience and I will not go back.
