Tuscan classics like pappa al pomodoro soup in a venerable stop with scrawled messages on the walls.

This was a great eating experience. It is so popular that people are queuing to get in when it opens. Book early to avoid disappointment. It is a quite unique setting with the graffiti all over the walls which gives the place an eccentric feel. The staff were energetic and fun. The food though was really good. The shared starter contained some of the very best cured meat we have had. This place really shows off the best that Tuscany has to offer. There is no wonder that it is always so busy.

Had a really great meal at Antica Trattoria da Tito. The Florentine steak was the highlight absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The wine was also really tasty and went so well with the steak. The atmosphere was super lively and felt very authentic, which I loved. It did get a bit noisy at times, but honestly that just added to the busy trattoria vibe. Overall a really memorable meal and I’d definitely recommend it

I traveled to Florence three years ago and accidentally discovered this restaurant. It was absolutely beautiful — a unique place that felt both special and truly traditional at the same time.
Everything I tried was excellent; every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The service was outstanding, and the staff had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
A place I still remember fondly and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

Amazing place!! And not just for the food but overall vibe <33 great music choice, friendly waiters! They dance with you and give you limoncello shots and then you sign your name on the wall :))

Although I didn’t have a reservation (just one person at 1 PM), the host kindly said he could let me in if I ate quickly — and I’m so glad he did! I ordered the house wine, Tito maccheroni with old-style Florentine ragout, and a starter called Florentine SEXY — basically a mix of all sorts of cow parts. A bit chilly but definitely worth trying, and the portion is big enough to share with a friend. Oh the lemonchello at the end put u in a holiday mode.
Everything about this restaurant is amazing — the people, the service, the food, and the wine! I had just landed in Florence and was beyond exhausted, but that feeling disappeared the moment I sat down. The waiters were singing Italian songs, the waitress sat with me to go over the menu — the whole atmosphere was lively, warm, and full of character.
It’s a cozy spot loved by both locals and tourists, and you can truly feel why. I’ll definitely come back — they deserve every bit of praise they get!

Excellent service. Our secondi was a bit late coming out (according to them, because, frankly, I did not notice) and they apologized by proving a free side dish, which was very kind. The staff was very nice as we practiced our Italian. The food was excellent. We had the Bruschetta with Fresh Tomatoes as an appetizer and the Pappardelle al Cinghiale (wild boar) and Maccheroni al Ragù Fiorentino di Tito as our primo — both absolutely delicious. For our secondi we ordered Polpette della Nonna in Umido (never have I had meatballs this soft) and the Filetto della Nostra Bistecca alla Brace con Lardo al Tartufo (the fillet with truffles)… they warn you about how it’s cooked (rare). I tried to finish it but I was SO full. But somehow I managed to fit in dessert… especially because I love panna cotta. Would definitely come again! Grazie e bravo!

Everything about this restaurant is exceptional — the food, the atmosphere, the people, the service. We went two days in a row just so we could try most of the dishes on the menu.
The Bistecca Fiorentina was outstanding, the Peposo was absolutely next-level in terms of flavor and aroma, and the veal stew was incredible.
Trattoria da Tito has officially become our favorite place in Florence.

Absolutely do not miss a chance to eat a meal here! Go hungry! Splurge on a good bottle of wine, have an appetizer, then indulge in a beautiful grilled piece of meat or one of the other options. Order a side of spinach. Drink the limoncello. Enjoy every minute. You will not soon forget your dining experience at Tito’s.

I had the beef stew and it was absolutely amazing. I almost cried tears of joy because I was so hungry, and it made me feel so welcomed.
Will definitely come back and they deserve all the positive feedback they get!
