Today was my first time trying Stripes, and I have to say—it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered their famous Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich, and it was incredible—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
At first, my soda was a bit flat and missing that carbonation kick, but before I could even mention it, the server noticed and brought me a fresh Coke right away. That kind of attentiveness really stood out.
Overall, Stripes impressed me with great food and great service. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I do not like making negative reviews because people make mistakes and I understand that. However, after my interaction today, I feel compelled to do so. I wrote the office about this before posting anything and did get a call back. My complaint was that there were no beans in my burrito and the 2 sides of ranch I paid ($1.25 each) for were only half full. The call back I got was from a woman who claimed that none of the burritos come with beans and that the cooks probably didn’t prep the sauces correctly because they have so many sauces to prep. Okay.
I put in my email that I had ordered from Doordash as I am unable to leave the house. So when I was told that there were no burritos that came with beans, I pulled up my order which clearly said it came with beans which I let her know.
If it has been a simple “Oh I’m sorry. I’ll look into it.” I would have had no problem. But she continued to tell me I was wrong. That is unacceptable. The woman on the phone said I could send pictures to her phone and she would pass them on to a different office. I have done that and checked with her but I have not heard anything back. So I will post my pictures here. One is from Doordash and the other is from their own website for Order Online which is, not surprisingly, also through DD. There are even beans in the picture.
Again, not upset about the beans. I’m upset with being called a liar. That’s just not cool. I do not blame the employees at the restaurant. But upper management has got to do better.

Started eating at this location recently and have been by several times in the last couple of months. Breakfast burrito for $6.09. Decent size and pretty tasty. The customer service thru the drive thru is just phenomenal. Super quick, super nice and always professional. We have never had anything less than a fantastic experience here. Love it.

I use to stop by twisters twice a week because I love there smothered breakfast burritos. There is a new employee now that makes the smallest burritos so After the second time this happened I’ve decided not to go back. That burritos is the size of my tiny keychain wallet and those fries are supposed to be chili fries. She asked if I wanted queso or shredded cheese lol??Total rip-off. It’s the white girl with the dark hair that works in the morning. Drive off if you see her.

Picked up a green chile cheeseburger, Green chile chicken burrito and a order of chips and salsa plus one extra salsa. The burger was very mediocre for the price. I only got a small bit of green chile flavor. The burrito was small and had way too many beans in it. It tasted mostly like beans and not nearly enough green chile chicken. The chips tasted good on their own, but the salsa was terrible! I paid for an extra salsa and regret doing so. It was a a little condiment cup and cost half as much as the chips and salsa did. Salsa is tomato based garbage! I won’t be back to a Twisters ever again!
