Very pleasant surprise to find first rate Indian food just outside Bayfield. Perfect if you want a break from burgers and crowds downtown! Indian chefs in the kitchen creating subtly spiced dishes with a good selections of dishes, breads and rice. Great value as well. Service is friendly if a little unpolished. I will return!

We are from Ottawa. We can’t wait to come me back to visit the Goderich area to eat here again. It’s Absolutely the most delicious Indian Cuisine we have ever had. The restaurant is clean, the service is prompt and kind. And we were a big table of 7 people and all of our food came out at the perfect temperature and it was delivered with a smile. 🙂 thank you for a great experience

Server was not trained properly which isn’t her fault. Waited over an hour for bill. A pet peeve of mine is rice should come with a curry dinner, not as an add on. Maybe just optics, but price accordingly. No one ordered a curry meal due to this.

The food is absolutely delicious. Our waitress was great, a little inexperienced but it’s a new place. We only had authentic Indian dishes, which were fantastic and we are quite experienced in this. Next time we will try some of the “fusion” dishes. There is a good range of food and something for everyone, including kids.

We stopped in for a drink and stayed for dinner. Food was fresh and very flavourful. We had the chicken mango curry and coconut chicken curry. Service was friendly. It was a slower evening for the restaurant, so nice and quiet. Overall a very good experience.

We ate at this restaurant in mid-August. What a great find! I live in Toronto, where there are lots of Indian food options, but this meal was one of the best I have had in ages. We had the chicken biriyani and golden dahl (with a mango lassi on the side). We asked for mild spicing and it was exactly that – spiced perfectly without too much heat (but you can choose whatever heat level you prefer). Most Indian restaurant food tastes commercial, but this meal seemed completely homemade, like a mom or grandma would prepare in your own kitchen. Service was friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect for a late summer meal. If I ever visit Bayfield again, I will definitely return!
