I placed an order through the app and was impressed by the quick turnaround. My meal was prepared and ready for pickup within five minutes. As I entered the building my food was already ready for me to grab and it was excellent—fresh, warm, and very flavorful. Whoever is working tonight at 8pm (3/7/26) they need a RAISE! I come to this wingstop all the time and it’s usually complete chaos, everything’s dirty, my items are wrong, everyone’s running everywhere but tonight there was CLEANING there was polite guest service and after I thought I wouldn’t be a customer here again I’m definitely coming back! I didn’t get any of their names but there was about 5 ladies working – just want to shout them out !!

First visit at wingstop. The inside is very small. Only a couple of tables. The guy at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. They were cooking up a lot of to go orders. There wasn’t a garbage available inside? The food was hot and fresh. Teens enjoyed it .

I was there for lunch and since it’s my first time there, they were very helpful in offering me choices of dips. And after finishing our lunch, we were cleaning our trays, I accidentally spilled coke on their work counter! I profusely apologize and cleaning it up, but they were so nice helping clean the mess. They wasn’t annoyed or even angry. Thank you to the nice lady who helped me. Definitely going there again! Great service!

I walked into this Wingstop location for the first time, and it’ll definitely be my last. From the moment I entered, the cashier’s attitude was completely unprofessional. She was rude to the Spanish-speaking customer in front of me, saying, “Sir, I don’t speak Spanish, what sauce do you want.” When he didn’t understand, she pointed at the menu and snapped at him to pick a sauce.
When it was my turn, I greeted her politely, but she didn’t greet me back. I asked if they had a meal deal, and she said no. I showed her the app showing the “Meal for 2” deal, and she responded, “You’re gonna need to be more specific in the future because we don’t have what the app says.” Her tone was full of attitude even though I was being completely respectful.
At that point, I decided not to continue ordering. My entire party and I walked out before even finishing our order because of how rude and dismissive she was. As we were heading out, she shouted across the restaurant, “Sir! Come back, we have that!” I turned and told her she was rude to both me and the customer before me, and she shouted back, “He only speaks Spanish.”
Completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior. This is not how you treat customers or represent a brand. The cashier working 10/27 around 9:20 PM (female with black pigtails) needs serious retraining or shouldn’t be in customer service at all. Avoid this location.

Absolutely don’t go to this location. They didn’t season any of our wings and didn’t have the veggies included for our kids. When called they basically bring it back to prove it. I’ll prove it on here with my bad review. Expected me to fight forty five minutes of traffic. Absolutely disappointed and I love wing stop.

to start off, chasity was extremely rude i asked for regular fries and got cheese fries so i went up and told her i didn’t ask for cheese fries and she kept telling me i did, in a very rude manner. i also asked for original hot wings and got half of them chicken parm somehow. secondly when we were waiting for our food we watched a worker drop raw chicken in the mixing bowl with the cooked chicken they laughed about it and still served it to us and the wings were very bloody. not to mention i asked for 8 wings and got 7, save your money and go somewhere else❤️❤️

The food was truly disgusting – the boneless wings looked like they were drowned in parmesan with no butter. The Spicy Korean BBQ tasted off and old. Fries were soggy and slightly cold, but that may well have been because of the delivery (uber eats). Maybe the food is better inside, but overall, save your money and eat somewhere else.
