You will get some great down-home breakfast fare at this restaurant. Country music plays in the background and a few gentlemen who are clearly town locals sit around, chatting with themselves and the staff, overall enjoying themselves and creating a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. The food itself is great and reasonably priced, and seating/facilities are comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and will be sure to stop by whenever I’m in town.
This restaurant just opened this year inside The Bluegrass Jamboree, and it’s already becoming a local favorite! The service is friendly and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious. They serve breakfast from 7–11 AM, small dine-in area and convenient carryout options. You’ll see lots of locals stopping in for a good meal and good company. Come support Celina’s little restaurant
I checked out the menu posted online and decided on biscuits & gravy with some extras. The menu offers text – 2 – go orders. Sounded cool but I hadn’t ever tried it and was a little unsure about it. I just dialed the number provided so I could order over the phone. No answer. Bummer.
I almost quit but decided to text in my order instead, and see how it goes. I sent my order in a text to their number and within a minute or two, I received a reply. It simply said, “can you give me 10 minutes?” “Absolutely,” I replied.
After having had several carryout orders at other establishments not go so well I wanted to see if they paid attention to the details.
I ordered biscuits & sausage gravy with two over medium eggs on top with a hash brown patty and some shredded cheddar on top. She asked if i wanted the hash brown with gravy or on the side?
I gave them ten minutes and picked up my order. I took it home. When I opened it I’d received exactly what I ordered exactly the way I ordered it.
The two working there were very nice and had friendly smiles. The food was delicious and plentiful. There was enough gravy to make two orders and it was flavorful. The meal was $15. That’s only a couple dollars more than the ridiculously priced fast food that I probably would have spent more time getting.
I didn’t dine-in but there were plenty of seats to choose from.
The Farmers Table is a hidden gem. I’ll go back again.
