Tried to go to McDonald’s for a happy meal, they had closed at 8:30, so I walk over to Taco Bell. I was very excited about my happy meal, so I asked if they could make me a happy meal at Taco Bell, Kristy went above and beyond to turn my Doritos locos tacos into a Taco Bell happy meal made with happiness. Overall experience was excellent, I would totally give 6 stars if I could. Food was great as usual and staff was very friendly and kind, especially Kristy. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve always loved Taco Bell but today was a little disappointing. I found out they discontinue the burrito supreme meal so I got a $7 box meal. The chalupa was mostly bred with little to no flavor. The bean burrito was okay And the taco was a lot of lettuce and tomato and a very small amount of the ground beef mix that makes it so good. There’s too many places that offer the box of Mills now with the much more flavor. Sad, I used to love Taco Bell.

We just had a great experience at this Taco Bell on Lovell Rd in Knoxville. Food was fresh and tasty and staff was friendly and attentive. Very impressed with the cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. One staff member was cleaning outside and inside the whole time we were there. Thanks…we will be back!

The cleanest I have ever seen a taco bell floor. Everyone was polite and working hard. I honestly can’t believe I just gave a Taco Bell a 5☆ rating.

We have a big family with a complicated order and dietary restrictions. This location nailed it! Staff was friendly, and they got our large, every-item-customized order done quickly and with ZERO mistakes!

Ordered in the app for takeout, but I’m glad I checked my food. What kind of made from the dumpster scraps that the raccoons didn’t eat tostada is this? Girl didn’t even understand what was wrong with it. Did that mean it’s normal to her? It’s not. This isn’t a tostada. This is trash.

I typically have a decent meal here. This location even broke my 10+ year hiatus from Taco Bell. I really hope that this kind of trash doesn’t become the new norm here, and I really, really hope that everyone else is checking their to go orders too.

This Taco Bell on Lovell road is awful, worst food ever. All of this food is not edible. The wings have been sitting somewhere cooked for at least an hour. Dryest wings I’ve ever had. I’m sure there’s a shelf life on them, but it wasn’t used. Pitiful. This Taco Bell is always bad, I don’t know why I keep giving it a try every couple of months. I’m going to stick to Salsarita’s and Doe Brothers. I’d give them zero stars if I could, can’t post it if you don’t give it at least one star.

Located on the southwest side of Knoxville, this Taco Bell supplied me with excellent service. I got the nacho fries box for $5 with a taco, burrito, nacho fries, and a drink. Great value if you typically buy a drink with your meal. The drive thru was very fast. The food was also very (temperature-wise) hot which shows me it is made fresh. Very impressed by this location. Great stop for food as you enter or leave Knoxville. I see now why this is one of the highest rated in the city.

Tip: order online to speed up your order!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any taco bell concerning food quality. A $7 double steak grilled cheese burrito with as little contents as a soft taco, plain…. 2 made this way and wrong altogether. Nacho taco was stale. Chalupas were hard as a rock on the edges. Nacho cheese cups for chips were half full. A waisted $32 meal and time waiting in the drive through. In addition…… I tried to salvage my meal and eat what I could, just to find a long hair in my food, in my mouth… The picture below is the entirety of contents from one burrito vs. what they advertise. This is double steak.

I got a beefy melt burrito. I took it out of the wrapper and started to eat it while driving home.. I looked down and there was a giant bite taken out of the other end of it. I called the location I got it from and explained what I found. The lady responded “None of my employees did that. You can bring it back and I’ll replace it for you.” I informed her that I did not want it replaced I was already 10 minutes away I don’t want anything from there. I just wanted her to know that there was a bite taken out of it. She said “no one here did that.” I said I’m looking at it and there’s a bite taken out of it. She said “Okay, bye”
