There was no toy in my kids meal!!! We just got home and my daughter is so upset!! Please make this right! I specifically came here to get my daughter a weird pet toy as a reward. Our chili (for my taco salad) and her fries were also ice cold, not even lukewarm, and my taco salad was missing components. This will be my last time coming here. I don’t know how you mess up a taco salad and chicken nugget kids meal so bad.

The lobby was dirty and while waiting in the lobby with my 14 year old son the workers were cussing. They were saying that the customers were kicking their ass. They didn’t just say it one time and there were multiple kids that heard while people were waiting on their food. The wait inside was over 10 minutes, all they cared about was drive thru.

Food is cold, service is awful and the staff is just plain unfriendly. They don’t smile and they get annoyed if you spend too long in the driveway.

The staff here is over the top friendly nice with good vibes. I don’t care how bad my mood is. They always brighten my day up. I always get fresh food and it’s always good but I think the staff make the food even better. They are always working hard even when they’re over busythey always do their best to handle everybody needs. This is the best Wendy’s and the only Wendy’s I will ever go to in the city no matter where I’m at.

Not a 5-star restaurant, but for sure a 5-star Wendy’s. I got the triple baconator with a lettuce wrap. The cook was confused, so he actually came out to me 2 times to make sure he was making the right thing before I drove away with something wrong. Great food and even greater customer service!
