I order from Jimbos every morning, but today I went to a different location, which I rarely do and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The location in my neighborhood never treated me this way ever! The food was fine, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The heavy set man handling payments was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason. On top of that, I was overcharged, and I still don’t understand why Jimbos prices vary from one location to another.
This entire experience completely turned me off. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere I’m disrespected. My respect comes first and because of today, I don’t plan on coming back.
Oh and I couldn’t even enjoy my food because of this issue!

We went for lunch once. My husband had a chorrizo burrito, and he said it was pretty good, fresh ingredients, and the service was good and fast. I had pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon, iced coffee.

Made an order, normally they delivery quickly. A lot of time went by and nothing so I called the restaurant to be told I was called three times and the delivery man left. I said I didn’t get any calls but ok. I proceeded to contact the delivery services I ordered from to make them aware I didn’t not receive my order and it was taken back to the store so I was issued a refund. Few minutes later while I’m in the process of making my own breakfast at home then, I receive a call and they sent the delivery man. Why was this not communicated in our call? Anyway I retrieved the order and contacted the delivery service to tell them I got the order and no need to process refund. Shortly after I get a call from the delivery man threatening me about being issued a refund and that I should “watch out” and he’s not doing any delivery anymore. Excuse me?! What type of behavior is that? And what do you mean by watch out? These people lack professionalism and communication skills. Please find employees who embody both. This was reported and I hope he gets disciplined.

I’ve been ordering from Jimbo’s for seven years almost to eight years now and I can’t say a breakfast is the most great breakfast. I’ll always have every morning and it’s worth spending money on. my life lives in Jimbo’s every morning for breakfast. That’s what I can say❤️

I came here after not being in a jimbos for a long time and I can honestly say after years of not eating from this chain the food didn’t disappoint it was exactly how I remembered it the cooks were so nice and so fast I will definitely be stopping by again I got a grilled chicken sandwich and ended up taking a bacon cheeseburger to go and they are super clean he even cleaned off the table for me one more time before the food came

I’ve been eating here for years and they do not disappoint. My favorite things to order is a breakfast platter. For lunch a California chicken wrap (attached), and for dinner a burrito. Their burritos are HUGE! Keep it up Jimbos!

The philly steak is terrible. For 13.00 there wasn’t enough meat to even taste meat. It tasted like nothing. The bread was hard. In order to eat it I took off the bottom bun scraping everything to the top bun. The fries didn’t have any salt or nothing just boring. My boyfriend had the turkey burger which was good. But that philly…stop selling it or drop the price. It is not worth it.

FOOD POISONING. 1/30/25 @ 9:11am I ordered a bacon egg & cheese on a bagel, got my order at 9:30 by 11:30am I got worst case of food poisoning from UNCOOKED BACON !!! I was sick an entire day !!! I took them the uncooked bacon the next day to show them, they had no explanation. I will never order from any Jimbos again
