We had a fabulous dinner. They seated us, gave us rolls and butter(as we were seated). The server was attentive, nice and very organized. Everything was brought out just as we had ordered.
Billie Jo was our server. She is phenomenal. If you go to one in Joplin ask for her. You’ll get the best service. If she’s not available Ava is the next one i would definitely recommend. They both have wonderful attitudes, great energy and all around wonderful. I definitely recommend this restaurant. All the food was fabulous

Came here today for Valentine’s Day lunch. Checked in ahead of time on the app and was seated in a short time after arriving. Our server Lilly was an amazing individual. Was with us in a short time after seating. Drinks came out fast along with bread refill. Salad was fresh and the flavor was great. Had the Cesar salad with a perfect amount of dressing. Steak was cooked just right and had great flavor.

Texas Roadhouse never seems to disappoint! Although on weekends you do have to wait a good amount of time, it’s worth it! I got a Kansas City strip 12oz steak with some mashed potatoes and corn. All of it was amazing and the steak was perfectly cooked where I asked it to be! Not to mention the bread and the butter is a classic that tastes like no other! The service was top notch compared to many restaurants in the Joplin area! I’ve not seen many restaurants that can be that busy AND, still very attentive and can strike up a conversation with! Overall, I can say in my whole life I’ve never had nowhere near a bad experience at a Texas Roadhouse, and I would highly recommend this for date nights!

This place is a well oiled machine! They know exactly how to get people in and out. I was impressed! We also got regularly checked on throughout our meal. This place has gotten expensive but I look at it like paying for 2 meals. Our server even offered rolls to go which I gladly accepted. Now the food is good here. Steak and chicken are usually delicious. I got chicken fried steak and it lived up to my expectations. My son got catfish and it was disappointing with no flavor but I should have warned him. Texas Roadhouse is not known for seafood. The sides were excellent. I just got plain mashed potatoes and they were delicious! We also got green beans and corn. I say definitely stop by when you’re craving meat and hot rolls but either be ready for a wait or go early.

Don’t really have the time to list all of the things that went wrong with our visit. The only decent thing, was our server. Poor kid! We’ve been to other Texas Roadhouse restaurants, this one has been the most disappointing, unfortunately.

Customer beware! If you’re expecting great or even good service from your waitress make sure you don’t get trinity! You will be ignored as your family attempts to flag her down for a simple refill or will huff and puff when u pile the dirty dishes used cups out of the way at the end of the table and when something is said acts like she couldn’t careless. An other customer at a different table had to get her to get us refills. Worst experience here!
