Beautiful location right on the water.
The food os excellent and good staff.
Their scallops are amazing. And the seafood kabobs were excellent as well. Their hush puppies are the perfect blend of crispy fried and soft moist center.

Stopped in for a lunch on a Sunday afternoon, looking for a great local seafood spot. Chat GPT recommended this option and it was spot on. Not your typical fried fare, The what they have in that category is also amazing. I had the clam chowder and the stuffed baked grouper. Both were absolutely amazing. Cool little spot with fantastic food and service that I would definitely visit again.

Buffalo grouper bites were fishy. Sauce was super tangy but to each their own. If you like an extra tangy Buffalo this is good then. I was told the oysters were Blue Point. As you can see from the photo, these are very clearly not Blue Point oysters. They’re gulf oysters which I do not like so that was a little disappointing. Overall the atmosphere is good and we didn’t get much food so I gave 4 stars purely based on cool atmosphere and great service.

Ordered the fried seafood platter and soft shell crab sandwich which tasted fishy, watery, and over cooked (had a burnt flavour). Can taste different flavours as the oil may not have been changed recently. Waiter was attentive and provided good service. Quality and freshness of the food slightly let down the experience. Overall wouldn’t be rushing to go back.

Oh wow, they have such delicious food! Everything we ordered was delicious. We went at night, the vibe was a bit dark but once inside, it’s really nice. I had the combination seafood boil, which can feed 2, it is a must! The crab cakes was also good. My hubby got fish tacos, he really liked that.

The restaurant has beautiful views and the staff was super friendly. We had Valentina and she was amazing!!! The food was delicious. We had the stuffed grouper and the steamed dungeness crab dinner. So good!

Oct 1st 2024 Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar saved the day for my family. My daughter was scheduled to be married on Lido beach at Limetree Beach Resort but Hurricane Helene crushed those dreams and plans. We stopped to eat at Phillippi Creek after picking up wedding decorations from Limetree and I had a thought that maybe we could have the wedding on their dock. I asked the managers Ricky and Jorge if it would be possible and they said YES!!! With only a few days to change coarse Lisa and her team with Tied The Knot weddings made it happen. It turned out to be the best day ever for all of us!!!
I can’t thank the staff at Phillippi Creek for saving the day and the the excellent service they provided the wedding party and all of the delicious food as always!!!
