The lady was very nice and helpful. The hot chocolate ran out and they didn’t have any powder left so the woman offered us a refund and to help with the trouble of having to come back she gave us a drink for free.

Being in my 60’s I like interacting with people not kiosks for ordering food. An employee of my age stepped up and asked if she could help me. She said she doesn’t like the kiosks either. Super helpful and sweet.

Used to be good, now it’s not the same as before. Service is no longer good. Guy there is very rude. He even charged for a cup of water even when I have purchased other stuff. No other Dunkin does that. Crazy.

workers were wicked rude, didn’t greet any of us and basically forced to use the kiosk. took forever to make the food and was walking away after putting it behind the ready trays, had to grab it and walk out. i left them a penny, so they know their worth also didn’t have anything we intended on ordering.

It’s Dunkin! They were open hours before any place else and had coffee, tea, and snacks at 6 in the morning. Every place else didn’t open until 8 or later.
