Ordered a supreme minus mushrooms and even ordered extra toppings this is what I got, my wife ordered online and went to the drive thru only to get told to come in and get the order. I tried eating it but the pizza had an odd taste and toppings weren’t cook thoroughly.

Pulled up and had to wait 10 min at the window before they started taking my order, then 15 min later they came outside to ask what I ordered, after another 10 min I went inside to find the manager having a disagreement with 2 employees about how much pay they should receive, then after confirming they were still making my order I had to wait another 10 min. around 45 minutes and my order was not correct I was supposed have stuffed pretzel crust and got regular stuffed crust. I was not offered any compensation for my wait. The funny thing is Domino’s has automatically given me refunds that didn’t even ask for and my order was at least correct. This place is a joke

I hardly ever leave reviews, but i’ve been here a couple of times in the last few months and service is always horrible. Today I waited 30 minutes for one cheese pizza. I was parked in the waiting spots and had to walk in and ask for it. Didn’t seem like any of the workers in the store had much concern and there were at least 5 other people in the store waiting as well. Kinda negates the slogan of “hot n ready”. Not sure whats going on, but seems like it’s a common occurrence at this location. So maybe avoid this spot until they figure it out.

It took almost an hour and a half to get my order, I called the order in and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. That was fine. When I got there 35 minutes later, she took my money and said they would start my 8 pizza order shortly. Another hour went by, and the manager got involved and got my order ready in a timely manner. Seemed they was short handed and the young lady at the front wasn’t trained well at all.

Be careful here!!! They take way to long and still don’t give you all your food you paid for. Didn’t even see a single person “working” with gloves on! The new location seemed like a great thing, but you would do much better driving to Anniston location. You will make it there get your order (everything) and make it back home before anyone at the Oxford location even acknowledges your presence. This store needs a lot of work!!

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews, But this place is absolutely awful. I’ve gave multiple chances and every time being let down. Every single time that I go, I place a mobile order and I get there and have to still wait VERY LONG. I sat at the drive-through window for over 15 minutes and nobody even came up to it. And when finally approached the Woman did not say one word to me. Just looked at me after I told her I had an order and then she went to the back, took another five minutes and then came back and handed it to me also again not one word being said. This place really needs to get it together. For anybody reading I strongly recommend the Anniston location over this one any day.
