I went through the drive thru and placed a order for a #1 around 1:45 pm. The service was fast but when I got my fries they were ice cold. I asked for fresh fries and got some attitude. I was asked to park and it would be brought out. I sat there waiting for 15 mins. I finally went in and everyone was standing around and on their phone. There was a bunch of fries cured up ready to go out as if they were hosting a football have even though they were not that busy. I was not given a receipt or asked if I wanted ketchup. The young man at the front counter apologized and have me a card for a free fry with my next purchase. I paid over 10$ for my food and ate my burger while waiting for my fries. The burger was cold to but well made. I feel like they can do better

I had the worst experience yesterday. I arrived here and things were going okay. Despite the girl juggling and spinning my water bottle around and it fell on the ground. While trying to retrieve it, the guy who worked there asked if I would like a new one, which we did . When I checked my order they put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese. The nuggets looked like someone had bitten off them. (Pics included) When we pulled around to the mic to see if they could fix it, the lady said they were closed and the grill and register were closed and I couldn’t get a refund… the list goes on. I will NEVER visit this location again

My husband went to this location to purchase a large chili and they didn’t have any and they said they were out of chili at 3pm in the afternoon.
He then went back a second time today and ordered the Asiago grilled chicken sandwich meal without tomatoes with ranch with a bacon, cheese and chives potato and a kids 4 pc nugget meal with a juice box. The potato was supposed to take the place of fries but he was charged for the potato separately. My husband was charged for a medium meal when he didn’t order it. That’s stealing in my book. Then the food overall was cold. On this second trip, they still didn’t have any chili at 8pm at night from 5 hours before.
I really do not understand what the issue is that we couldn’t get hot food and what he had paid for. I have worked in fast food before and it was about the customers having hot food and good customer service but not here. They’ll charge you for an upcharge without asking, then give you cold food. Make sure you check your receipts when ordering here at the Dunn/Erwin restaurant and be sure what you order is correct.

Came for a quick lunch on 04/19/2025 and we ordered two of the new frostys.. what a rip off!! These were both 3.39 a piece and this is not how it is advertised! Didn’t even fill it up to the rim! Food definitely could’ve been fresher, seemed like they reheated our fries up. And whoever the person was who was giving out our drinks and food, pretty sure she was pregnant, has a horrible attitude and needs to work on her customer service skills. Food is too expensive nowadays to not get what we pay for or to deal with nasty attitudes. DO BETTER!!!

Placed an order through door dash nothing to be said about them but I don’t know if this Wendy’s is a franchise or corporate store but the uppers needs to hire better employees my complete order was wrong items not given to the Dasher.
My order included a sm caramel crunch chocolate frosty with extra caramel sauce didn’t receive it, cold large chili supposed to be with shredded cheese, just got cold chili,no hot chili sauce, bacon and cheese baked potato with chives, only thing right was the cheese and chives, potato not fully cooked bacon was in strips like a sandwich then the worst part is management doesn’t answer the phone

We used the drive thru. The food was nice and hot. The ladies were nice. You could clearly hear the voice in the speaker…. And they were FAST! Like super fast! The food was wonderful. Nice and fresh lettuce and tomato just the right amount of mayo.

Went to get a frosty fusion. There is no AC in there, service was really bad. I also got the Oreo Brownie Fusion and it is not right at all. All my frosty has is Oreos
