We ordered after a $100.00 order. We waited for quite sometime, (which we expect) and finally after an exceptional longer wait l went to the counter. I asked about our food and it had been sitting on the counter, without our number being called. We always order our fries light well. When I got them half were burnt (not just well done). We normally don’t complain but after this wait and the quality this isn’t the normal experience we have so we asked for new fries. The counter lady was extremely nice but the kitchen was extremely rude and was making rude comments that my husband could hear. They did fix our order. We waited again for a long wait time. We felt like our fries were overcooked. However we were happy to have something to eat. The photo is the 2nd round of fries which were to be light well but we’re well done.

This place was a wreck. The ketchup counter looked like a crime scene, every table was sticky, and the guy at the counter acted like cleanliness was above his pay grade. The fries? A salty, rancid disaster — pretty sure they were fried in oil left over from the Nixon administration.
At this point, I’m not even mad — I’m just hoping someone finds the manager, because clearly no one running this place has. Usually love In-N-Out, but this location needs a deep clean and adult supervision.

This was my first time at this location and they did amazing. Outside was clean and they were ready to serve. Went through the drive through and someone was out there to take my order. Everything was handled with care and the food was amazing! Would go back again and again. Highly recommend!!!

We have gone here many times and sadly each time our foods freshness has not lasted the 8 minutes it takes to get home. The buns get hard and the fries need reheating. The cheese hardens and becomes plastic. This is every time. The wait for how may employees at inside is outrageous. I’ve never gotten my food in less than 20 minutes. Today was our last time going. The drive through seemed like it was going quick not many people so we decided to drive through. While next in line another vehicle comes next in the other lane and the only little guy working drive thru walked up to the new car that had not already waited 10 and took their order next. My son was already crying bc he was hungry. Idk if it’s a Cali thing but first come first serve right?? We were so fed up we backed out and got good times. In an out has to be a social experiment.

It was not an in and out experience. We waited 20 minutes for our order. The burger was good but the fries did not hold up their end. The drive thru was packed and that’s what I think caused the delay. Tables were dirty and greasy when we sat down. First time experience ever and I am not 100% sold on it.

I eat at in n out a lot. I have for literal decades. I don’t ever go to this location. It’s was not up to normal in n out standards. The fries were not fresh and the burger was not properly seasoned. In addition the amount of spread was wrong. It was just a disappointment. The one in Thornton always gets it right and the fries are always fresh. I went through the drive through.

Mixed review, we love this place but tonight was the slowest service but possibly the best service too. We waited ages to get and order in which case my 6 year old had to go to the bathroom, the attendant actually ran him into the building and ran him back out so quick, I was grateful in my solo parenting night. As always we will continue to frequent because of the food and going above and beyond as team members. Even though it took almost 40 min,I still will be back again and again

They hired the McDonalds guy to work the fries. Colorado does not understand In N Out culture. This is not McDonalds! I’ve had this issue at the Arvada and Lakewood locations. Countless times my meals come with cold fries or they do not even fill the tray. A truly pathetic presentation. I’ve never had this issue at any California or Nevada location so I can only chock it up to lazy people who just don’t get it. I ordered them well done too and they were not. Laziness to the utmost degree!
