First time at this restaurant, a young lady hostess greeted us, and we were seated quickly. The place seemed very quiet, with a small bar. Our server was pleasant and went over the specials which we passed on. We ordered some drinks, apps, and two main dishes, which were just OK and not worth the price or second chance.
Overall we did not feel welcomed.

We found this spot using Google. Was in town and wanted some pasta. When I arrived I saw it was by reservations. Since I didn’t see reservations online I wasn’t aware. Thankfully the waitress who saw us told us that the table outside was available. I went inside and asked the host. She was kind as well and with a smile she said yes. They quickly set the table outside for us to eat. The service is top notch. The appetizers were tasteful. The main dish was just as I requested. I thank them because they created something for me that wasn’t really on the menu. They made my night! The dessert didn’t fail me either.

Overall experience was above and beyond. Will be going back. Thanks to the waitress, she even gave me the information so I can reserve next time. Thank you all.
Oh the restaurant is decorated beautifully and the restroom extremely cleaned.

The original, Delfina’s, was sold and was renamed Lucarelli”s. A one-of-a-kind in Venice for over 30 years with high standards for food, prime steaks and a cozy atmosphere. Reservations were a must! Sadly, those days are over- lowered standards and cheap cuts sealed the restaurant’s fate. DeLucas is closed.

We were craving some pasta and decided to stop by. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the inside was decorated nicely.
We were greeter by staff and our server let us know menu specials and happy hour offerings.
We were offered a bread basket with packaged butter. The bread wasn’t particularly great and didn’t seem fresh but tasted good otherwise. I would’ve preferred an olive oil dip or some nice butter but the packaged butter was fine.
I ordered the seafood linguine and my husband got lasagna. We also had a tricolore salad. The salad was good but felt unnecessarily pricey for the quality. But I suppose endives aren’t easy to find in Florida. The Parmesan cheese was perfection. Dressing was good – we asked to have on the side. Not a fan of overdressed salads.
We really enjoyed our entrees. The seafood tasted fresh, even the mussels did not taste frozen. Everything was cooked well and the sauce was delicious. Portions were generous.
Tira misu for dessert was okay – less boozy that what I’ve had in the past. Something felt lacking. Didn’t like the chocolate chips on it.
Overall, good dining experience.

My wife had been wanting to go here for quite some time and we finally made it. The service was very good and the food was even better. A little on the pricier side but well worth it.

We celebrated my husbands birthday at Lucarelli’s. It was an outstanding experience. We had reservations and were taken immediately. The waitstaff was so friendly and attentive. The selection of breads were delicious. We had the Caprese appetizer. I had the seafood risotto which was the best I’ve ever had. Full of an array of fresh seafood. My husband had the Seafood alla Vodka. It was fantastic. We had a delicious cannoli for dessert. I highly recommend Lucarelli’s and we will be going again very soon.

Reservations were made via Google for 645pm however it was not busy on a Friday night which was surprising. A++ service (even though the waiter pointed out I pronounced bruschetta incorrectly lol) The atmosphere was cosy and romantic. The food was A+. The complementary bread basket has 3 types of bread and table includes Venice Balsamic and Olive oil which was fantastic. Can’t wait to go to town to buy some. Being an out of town visitor I was pleasantly surprised. Menu has lots of specials of the day. Hard to choose what to try first. Ended up getting all appetizer plates to sample as much as possible. Will be returning to taste more of the menu. The charcuterie board has 4 meats and cheeses, olives, banana peppers and pickled onions including 2 toast points (burned 🙁 ) the bruschetta has a goat cheese base and alot of onion mix which I loved, the burrata caprese was delicious and the $16 Ms style jumbo crab cakes appetizer blew my mind. As a visitor from Maryland I had to try it and it was similar to a Pappas crab cake at a much lower price point. I highly recommend eating at Lucarellis !! I can’t wait to return and try more of the menu – thank you Lucarellis!!

My dish was seafood in a sundried tomato sauce. It had no flavor, and in the end, the sauce was the consistency of soup. My wife had Bolognese she took a few bites, and that was it. She was, let’s say, extremely disappointed. The app. was the antipasti, good choices of salumi, and toasted bread, but one of the cheeses looked like cubed cheddar from the supermarket and no Parmigiano Regiano.
