This was my first time ordering from here through DoorDash, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I ordered the vegan Texas toast sandwich and was very disappointed. The bread wasn’t toasted at all …just a thick, unpleasant piece of cold bread. The sandwich itself was cold, and the fries looked nothing like the advertised photos. Instead of being hearty, they were thin, cheap, and flavorless. To top it off, the cake slice I received was completely frozen. Overall, the meal was cold, unappealing, and not worth the price.

I am so disappointed! I placed an order with them and spent $60+. Just to not receive any food and a cancelled order from this restaurant. Their ordering site said that they opened up a 3pm, so I waited all day to eat so that I could try their food for the second time and my kids, for their first time.I placed my order and even wrote in the special notes “can food please be prepared in time and not after I arrive” because my first time ordering with them they started preparing my order after I arrived. I live in Atlanta and had to drive 30 minutes to the location. The whole time the app is saying my order will be ready at 4:44. I arrived at 4:30ish and started walking to get my order at 4:41 and at 4:42 the app updated saying that they cancelled my order. My fiance went in to see if he could speak to someone and some attendees sitting in the front stated the Villy’s staff were not even there at the time and they had to break this news to a lot of customers. Wow! I wasted gas, disappointed myself and my family because we are still hungry and have to find something else to eat. I don’t even know their cancellation process because there’s no one to speak to when you call the number, it goes straight to voicemail. I will never eat here again with this type of service.
