Out of everything but rice. Waited 13 minutes with only 2 people in front of me because they were waiting on chicken to be cut then had to change out empty pans of lettuce cheese rice ect ect ect. The entire line looked so disgusting that I just got a side of rice. From 1 end of the counter to the other end it looked like a bomb had gone off and nobody even cared. Dirty empty pans piled high on the back counter to top it off. Only saw 3 people working. Not the Chipotle experience I was expecting. Will not be back to this location. I wish I had read the other reviews 1st so I would have chosen somewhere else to eat.

As someone who spent years working at Chipotle, I have never been so disappointed. I was once a service manager at Chipotle so if anyone can understand portion control, it is I. But, I placed an order for me and my boyfriend this afternoon and when I tell you our bowls were a quarter of the way full, i’m not exaggerating. We were given half portions of EVERYTHING. They were extra stingy with the protein and gave me 3 pieces of carne asada. Not to mention we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and received cold food. The chips were also stale. Worst $35 i’ve ever spent.

This Chipotle is very hit or miss. We’ve had great food and service here in the past—but unfortunately, this time was not one of those times.
We placed an online order and picked it up through the Chipotle lane. The person who handed us our order was very friendly, which we appreciated. But when we got home, we realized we were given the wrong items—we had ordered two bowls and a burrito, but instead received three bowls. That’s pretty ridiculous.
On top of that, the portions were noticeably small, which made the experience even more disappointing. Hopefully things improve, because this visit left a lot to be desired.

I mean… I guess they made me a burrito, but the new guy made it long and thin like a footlong. The other workers just sat there and watched instead of helping the guy learn. There doesn’t seem to be any form of leadership or management. Owner should be mad, but I’m guessing not. If they were the kind of person to be mad at poor service, there probably wouldn’t be an issue in the first place.

I enjoy chipotle food more than most other places. Been loyal to this location because it’s not out of my way. But after the last several visits I think I’ll be moving on from at least this location.
The staff is friendly and smiling, but there’s been issues with my orders consistently. From forgetting items, making burritos instead of bowls, to asking for “extra” of ingredients and not receiving any at all yet alone extra, to extremely small portions I can’t continue to support this location. For the price of things I’d expect more consistency and attention to the customer experience. It also looks to lack management oversight as no one has been clear on who to direct me to talk who when I’ve asked. It also speaks to their training or lack thereof for the consistency of service and portions to be off so often. It appears others have experienced this too.

Ordered lunch on January 1, 2026 between 1:30–2:00 PM from the Chipotle in Vandalia, Ohio.
I ordered online for a burrito bowl with light white rice, double barbacoa (paid extra), tomato salsa, corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. What I received was unacceptable:
The double barbacoa portion was extremely skimpy – NOT EVEN EQUAL TO A SINGLE SERVING SIZE.
Tomato salsa was COMPLETELY MISSING.
Cheese was BARELY present, well below a standard portion.
This location does nothing but SKIMP EXCESSIVELY on orders. It is NOT a one-off mistake. This is a CONSISTENT PATTERN every time I give this location another chance, which is why I only order from here about once a year.
EACH VISIT REINFORCES THE SAME PATTERN: customers are charged full price and receive noticeably less food than what was ordered and paid for.
At this point, THIS IS DELIBERATE rather than accidental. Charging for double protein and then providing less than a normal portion is unacceptable. Missing items and minimal portions defeat the entire point of ordering customizable food.
If you’re considering this location, be aware that you may not receive what you pay for. Until portioning and order accuracy are taken seriously, this location does NOT DESERVE REPEAT BUSINESS.

We visit this Chipotle 2x a week although why is starting to become the question. Every time we come here the tables and floor are filthy! The trash is overflowing and there is almost always empty straws, forks or napkins, take your pick.
Let’s move onto the food. Constantly out of chips at dinner time…how is that possible when chips is one of your “things”. No sign to warn you but when you get to the register and express your desire for chips you are told with annoyance that they are out…again.
Staff is indifferent, slow and skimp in portions. If you even dare ask for a full scoop of something you get an eye roll.
How does Chipotle get by with this? It never changes. A far cry from the wholesome, smiling staff, clean restaurant and nice portions you see on their commercials. The chicken is so charred (see below) it is not fit to eat.

this chipotle is chaos every single time I go there. absolutely no direction or leadership. quote times are off by at least 15 minutes every single time. employees standing around while the drive through is packed. half are actually on their phones. it’s crazy that they run a multi million dollar business with literally no management to speak of. you all should be ashamed tbh.

Dirty floor, dirty tables, overflowing trash, no eating utensils, messy soda fountain, and service so slow it would make a turtle look like a formula 1 car.

I just came here during lunch time ( about 12pm ) on 12/4 and I understand this is a busier time for chipotle due to it being lunch time. However, the lady helping make food was in a black hat, brown ponytail, and she was Caucasian. She was all over the place talking to 5 different people including me. This made my experience here stressful and distasteful. The lady also repeatedly explained to me and the lady at the beginning of the bar that bowls are done separately even if they’re slightly similar. Chipotle employees working the bar have ALWAYS done both of my bowls at the same time and just put whatever was different on the other one. This change that she claims is how they do things (it isn’t) is absurd considering it would be a lot quicker to just do both bowls and make the changes as you go instead of going back and forth and back and forth to complete each bowl. The lady was rude and was rushing me at everything I did. She asked about the salsa and I said I wanted tomatoes and corn and before I could even say tomatoes and corn, she repeatedly asked me “SOUR CREAM OR CHEESE? SOUR CREAM OR CHEESE?”. I’m not sure what the big rush was or why she was treating me disrespectfully, because there was a total of like 5 people in line. When I picked my protein, I think one of my bowls literally got a tbsp of meat and I asked for the appropriate amount of meat and I heard her whisper double meat. It is not double meat when a customer asks for the appropriate portion of protein that has always been what chipotle gives. Almost 13-15 dollars for a bowl? I should be getting more than a tbsp of meat. I don’t care if it’s lunch time, you should not be trying to skimp on people’s meals to conserve the amount of meat you have. You can always make more. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this chipotle and I decided to give this location another try. I will be taking my business elsewhere considering that this chipotle does not care about their customers, only how much food they can conserve in order to be lazy and not make more.
