This is now the 3rd time I’ve ordered a meal online and picked it up at the drive through window. The burgers are always cold, the onion rings are always cold, and the soda is not Coca Cola. It’s RC. Make sure you check your food, send it back, and ask them to heat it properly. Meat that is cold can be very dangerous. Heat your products!!! Cold meat is not good. Onion rings that are soggy are not cooked enough. They should be crispy. The server is polite. However, the food needs a makeover.

The staff was welcoming and got my order out fast. I had the Crispy Chicken sandwich combo — the burger was fresh, juicy, and perfectly assembled, and the fries were hot and crispy.
The dining area was clean, with plenty of seating and a comfortable atmosphere. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a fast, satisfying meal without any hassle. Definitely one of the better fast food dine-in experiences I’ve had lately. Will be back!

Fried Apple Pies are finally back after being discontinued for 34 years! The new pies are just as delicious as they used to be with the crunchy bubble crust and a great price at $1.79!!!
Whopper & Jr now have a delicious, fresh, soft sesame bun with shiny gloss! Looks and tastes yummy!
$5 duo and $7 trio are life savers in this insanely bad inflation we are all dealing with right now. Thank you BK for offering these deals, bringing back the pies and improving the whoppers.
I tried the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was good but I prefer the taste, flavor and texture of the Original Chicken Sandwich.
Also tried the Chicken Fries. They are good. It’s chicken tenders shaped as a stick.

$9 for a whopper meal?? Way too expensive for fastfood! Just a few months ago, the whopper meal was only $5 (called the Box King meal). Chickfila is $7 for a meal.

Free parking.
Employees were friendly.
Cons:
Restroom is setup for 1 person at a time. Would be better if they had 2 or 3 toilets and 1 urinal.
No paper towels in restroom. They should have paper towels in the restroom to dry your hands and just in case there is a mess.

I felt very disrespected at the register. The lady up front was spittin her breakfast from three weeks ago all over us. clean those teeth please. the attitude was outrageous and just unacceptable. then she didn’t give us change and have herself a tip. get a life PLUS RUBBER MICROWAVED EGGS.

Local BK, recently remodeled, so nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Drive true is tight if you have a big car, so you may want to park and walk in.

I don’t understand the point of working customer service if you are going to hate your job. Went through the drive through and mistakenly went to the second window the girl at the window immediately caught an attitude and i apologized and was going to reverse, but another car came which she immediately got even more annoyed at. She took my card and walked to the first window and came back and gave me my food with an attitude and walked away ignoring me while i went to tell her it was a simple mistake and nothing she had to be rude to me about. Work at an office if you’re going to hate tending to customers for simple mistakes.
