The Tailwater at Big Horn Valley Ranch is a full-service restaurant that offers lunch and dinner and is open to our guests and the public. Enjoy a homemade meal inside our dining room or on our deck overlooking the beautiful Bighorn Mountains. We are the only full-service restaurant in Fort-Smith, so we work hard to ensure that our food lives up to all expectations. We are only 0.6 miles south of the Bighorn (13 mile) Access. Our large parking lot makes it easy to navigate with your boat in tow.
