Waited to get drinks tilll our food came. Food was good service had to get up and beg for drinks and silverware. Definately not a go to option again. After getting done almost 90 mjnutes later got to room was sick all night throwing up. Food tasted good going down but mustve been bad cause puked it all up after. Came in next day for breakfast buffett was great mgr took care of us from prior night bad experience thanks jerry and tasha. Much better for breakfast.

Our food was amazing and came out fresh and hot. Our waitress Victoria was the best part of our evening. She really took her time with our party. There were 3 adults and 3 young girls. Victoria went above and beyond to assist all of our needs and made sure our girls were happy. I highly recommend coming to this location in Orlando, Florida and ask for Victoria when you do! Big Thanks to Brian who checked in on our party. They both made this visit a very personalized experience for us!!! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!!!

I haven’t been toTGI Fridays in years . We were in Orlando for a day trip and stop here for dinner. My server Victoria was awesome very helpful with answering all my questions and gave great recommendations. We were greeted by the manager Bryan who was very friendly and he checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our meal he even gave us a free ice cream sundae for our visit . We will be back soon. Went there last night for Valentine’s Day, wait time wasn’t long. Took a while to get our food, my kids food came out first then 30-40 mins later our food came out. I got the pasta, while mixing it I found a long red orangey hair in my pasta. Told the waitress and she apologized. When I got my food back it was the same guy who brought it out the first time, a bald African American man with glasses not sure if he was the manager he never introduced himself. When he brought me my pasta he said idk what happened back there but the cooks don’t have hair and as you can see I’m bald, I was confused because where would that hair come from? My family at the table all have locs/ dreads and our hair is styled so our hair wasn’t out and loose, the hair in the pasta was a fine strand of hair. The new pasta tasted burned. I didn’t even bother returning it our bill was $111.11 the food definitely wasn’t worth that. I use to love tgi but I would never go there again. And if the bald guy is the manager he needs better training he could’ve just apologized about it but he made it seem like it we put the hair in the food. That’s the last time tgi will see us.

My friends and I came up for a girls trip and had a great time!! The brownie we had for dessert was SO good and our server Ebony was so sweet and helpful!! Honestly 5 stars just for her she really brought the vibe up when we were super tired from driving all day. My friend was gonna leave a review too but her phone wasn’t working lol. Anyways great time and shout to our girl Ebony!!!

Two nights I ate at this venue and really enjoyed both of my meals here. Alongside my father we enjoyed some great appetizers and some drinks. I recommend it very much for a short stay at the bar while you watch sports.

We go to TGIs every month when we go to the theme parks for the weekend. The food at TGIs for us is always good, the chicken bites are yummy, the Thai mango salad is a go to for us, and of course the drinks, but being truly honest, the biggest reason we consistently go back to TGIs is because the two literal best servers that we’ve experienced work there and they’re names are Charles and Claudia. Charles is always our main server and he is not only attentive, welcoming and funny but he is outstanding. Claudia always checks in on us as well, provides back up support during busy hours but is genuinely such a welcoming person. A shout-out to our additional team member favorites like Willios who has such a welcoming spirit when he seats us, Thad who we love to have a touch point with and who hustles to ensure that guests can be seated and of course, Renaldo! We go to TGIs for not only the food and drinks but because of those listed above, and for us, that makes our experience worth it each time.
