DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your time and money! I ordered 7 pizzas today for an event through online pick up, waited 15mins in the store before anyone came to the front. Trusted that my food was prepared properly to only get to the event and 5 of them completely burnt. I spoke to a gentleman in the restaurant only for him to tell me that’s how they are. They are made with golden brown cheese which makes the appearance of it being dark brown. No Sir, these pies are burnt! They will never get my business again.

This is at 4:00pm Friday January the 23rd after I have already ordered in online order for my kids dinner that was prepaid for, I had to walk away from this place without my order due to them deciding they wanted to lock up the place and close down early. again this was a already prepaid order. little Caesars count your days
Update: Came in the very next day to reattempt to pick up my order, was told to please wait 20minutes while it was prepared. I waited got the finally received my order (2 pizzas and a breadstick. I got it home only to find the breadsticks over cooked with overly amount of butter, and the pizza being cold. Looked at the tag to see it was someone else’s order whom it appears was messed up and bought back up there. Only for it to be given to me. Never again will i come to this location!!!! ’s

We called Friday night 1/9 for a large order of 10 pizzas for our kids birthday party on Sunday 1/11. They way the phone call went we didn’t really have confidence they put our order down. We decided to stop in Saturday 1/10 to check and re-place the order if necessary. Well we were right they had nothing down for 10 pizzas or our name. So we again placed our order in the store. They took our name let us know what the total would be and then asked if we wanted to pay right then or at pickup. THANK GOODNESS we said no (as we did not have too much confidence after everything) and we would pay at pick up. We showed up to a CLOSED store on Sunday. Our time we confirmed with them was 1120a. They also show in Google that they are open at 11a on Sundays. We should have known better by the look of this location, completely unorganized, hot and ready heaters empty and waited over 10 minutes for help when went in on saturday. Thank God for dominoes by Kroger placed an online order for 10 pizzas in the lil Caesars parking lot and they had it done in 20 min price was not too far off from lil Caesars either save your self the headache and go somewhere else.

Waited at the register 20 minutes before someone greeted me and the 3 people who came in after me. That gave me a lot of time to look around. The place was filthy, and I mean absolutely filthy. Trash on the floor, the counter etc. pizza sauce on the floor/counter. Warmers don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in weeks…management really should take some time to train their staff on taking pride in their workplace. Now I understand this is little ceasars and expectations aren’t usually High but this was a fairly low point…I Consider myself lucky I never got served I don’t necessarily want food poisoning.

genuinely the worst food place I’ve ever walked into. There are 5-6 customers waiting for an employee for 10+ minutes to come out.. a single (1) pizza takes over an hour to make. continuous delays.

Terrible experience, I ordered a crazy bread combo for my daughter on the app. It says 40 minutes and it’ll be ready…. Over 1 hour later I got the email it was ready, I went to the store to get it from the portal, and it wasn’t there. Despite the email saying it was… I tried to talk with the little ceasars person behind the counter but they were so busy trying to fulfill orders for the other 10 people ahead of me they didn’t know what to tell me as far as when our order would be ready. Here we are nearly 1 hour later I get another email saying my orders ready… This is not only a terrible experience, but an absolute nightmare to get resolved. I highly recommend never doing business with this establishment, as they are terribly managed and can’t deliver what they commit to their customers. If I could rate them lower I would…. Don’t ever go here!!!

The worst and so rude customer service. I ordered pizza and wings online for pick up at 6:30pm and I just wanted to cancel my order because the weather was about to get worse. I called them at 1:00 pm so check if they can make my pizza ready by 1:30pm but they didn’t pick up my call. By the time I reach there, one of the worker was taking picture of snow like seriously. I was so mad. I called them and said I have been calling for like 35 minutes I don’t know what is the purpose of phone if you guys can’t even answer. And he was like we are busy. I mean like so what you gotta manage the time and try to answer the call. Otherwise get rid of that phone. Would never go back again.

This Little Caesars is terrible. The breadsticks have been rock hard the last 2 times we ordered. When I went in to pick up my food the place looked disgusting. Boxes and trash all over. Trash bin overflowing. They were out of one item we ordered. And it took forever. Nothing is hot and ready anymore. Prices have gone up and food quality has gone down.

I will NEVER come to this location again! My daughter gets acid reflux from tomato sauce so I specifically ordered one of the pretzel pizzas with cheese sauce. I pick up my order, get home, and realize it’s the wrong order. Drive back, tell them it’s wrong, and they had to remake the pizza. Get home, realize it’s the pretzel pizza with TOMATO sauce! I’ve worked in food service since I was 14 I understand sometimes orders get messed up. But TWICE in a row is insane. My original order was for 8pm. By the time I was done with this entire ordeal it was 9:15pm. I wasted time and gas driving back and forth twice, and I never got the right pizza that I ordered. Absolutely absurd.
