If you are ever visiting Kona you’ll have to put Acai Hawai’i Company on your to do list. Especially after a good workout at Planet Fitness. I highly recommend The Islander. Love the drizzled honey on top!

Thought Big Island is known for acai bowls so we wanted to try on
last day. We lucked out with free street parking. This place is on a paid parking lot. There’s an ocean view 5 counter seats upstairs and picnic tables on the bottom floor. Their acai was average at best and short of amazing. Can’t beat Oahu or California. But if you never had acai before then you would never know.

Friendly and fast service. The açaí bowls and drinks were tasty. If you get lucky, you may see friendly lizards who come to feed on the ants that are enjoying the sweets!

It is the best Acai bowl place. Staff is so kind, place is cozy, visual is good. It tastes yummy, crunchy, and fruity ever.

We were pretty disappointed by how hyped this place was, but the bowls were just okay—not much açaí flavor in the base itself for a starting $16 as is from the menu, that is without any extra additions. They’re pretty, but personally found it falls a little flat for the price. There is upstairs seating available and more than a handful of parking which is really nice, and the staff were friendly.

Do not pass this place up. Head upstairs and prepare to have yohr world flipped around. Very small seating area, but just get your bowl and head to the ocean to eat while listening to the waves. I reccomend the islander. Top notch.

Our bowls were great. Went twice and it was awesome both times. Also a good value when compared to other açaí place around. Make sure to get your parking validated. Also note that this above the snorkel shop up the stairs in the back.

An easy grab in Kona, I’ve tried different Açaí bowls and loved them all. I love walking to the King Kam and sitting by the ocean to eat

I’m a frequent customer, but yesterday I was disappointed with the taste of the products. They no longer taste like fruit; they’re bland, unfortunately. Of course, they raised the price and removed the flavor to make more money. I think they should go back to the old recipe.
