Much credit goes to the woman who was working the day I visited. Store was clean, all food selections I observed were fresh and my sandwich was delicious. Welcoming experience. Relaxing atmosphere. She is on top of her game. Stark contrast to some of the other Subways around Pgh where food looks old and welcome mat is missing. Will return.

This place use to be ok but now everything is an argument just to get the sandwich the way you want it and the chicken they use for one Sandwich is so Bland no taste unless u have it as a Buffalo chicken as then it’s mixed , but the rotisserie one it much better and same price but they don’t like if you get the one tasty chicken to be used on a different sandwich even thought they are the same price lol & if you want alit if some like their ranch dressing or Parmesan cheese they will tell you no or charge you extra lol & they barely cover the bread when on there as seen in these photos and I can not believe it to be this way rude people no one is nice & none care . Very nice young man made my sandwich and forgot to put my HONEY MUSTARD on the side…and put my side of pickles in a cookie bag which ripped and I lost half of them because the bag is wet…from…. you’ve guess it… PICKLE JUICE. Some folks are on the go and cannot circle back for something the store forgot to give them. Gonna give one more chance but by the looks of these reviews, no one at the Subway cares if you don’t have your correct order. We shall see.

Was there yesterday around 3:50pm, got a 6″ turkey on Italian with extra cheese, spinach, lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, mayo, oil and vinegar and there was a lady in front of me that paid for her food and no problems. I went to pay ( was paying cash) and she said the system had just went down and took a min to finish my sandwich. Mind you I got nothing else. But she charged me $9.04. Couldn’t get a receipt because the system and was running late for work. But I feel like she seen me going to pay cash and it was like she did that on purpose so she could calculate the cost on her phone. Idk it was very strange. Won’t be back there.

I want to state this nicely since I don’t know anyone’s situations and all, but I went down to subway at 4:20 pm, there was a sign on the door that said “back in 10 min” and the door was locked, I wasn’t irritated and was fine with waiting ten min but ended up waiting 25. There’s also the fact the sign could have been up before I got there, I watched multiple people leave because if it. She came back 25 minutes later, I didn’t say anything because it was a possible new shift, or she had an emergency, But when I went to get my sub she was doing mine and the guy’s behind me at the same time, used the same knife with my dressing on his sub, which didn’t affect me but I felt bad considering he may not like that. And what if someone has allergies. Food was fine but please be careful of this!

Hostile and beligerent employee showed up after a 10 min wait for service. Told me that at 8:20 pm it was closing time. Did not want to offer her service “because she was all alone working in the back”. I told her to take her issue with her manager and she said that her manager would protect her job even if I complained. I just called the store number 3 times and it hangs up before anyone can leave a message. Good luck to the owners being manipulated by this dishonest and disrespectful employee. I WALKED OUT WITH NO FOOD…SHE REFUSED TO WORK AT 8:20 PM. Another car just left with ni service. It is 8:39 pm.

Went to this location on Jan. 28th. Arrived at the store after a workout from the Planet Fitness further down in the plaza. After checking the store hours, the store said it was open till 10 pm. Arrived at 9 pm to find the lights in the store completely out except for the the back lights. Went to shake the door to see if it was locked, but in fact it was completely opened. Me and my brother could have easily walked into the store and stolen everything. We turned around and left, it wasn’t until we left the store till the employee came out from the back.
What business has an employee who makes the store look closed for an entire hour, even more for all I know?

My friend told me that this store makes the best sandwiches in all Subway stores and I have to agree the customer service was amazing and the food was the best Subway I had in my life. 10s across the bored.
