Worst experience in 7 years this is horrible me & my family have order from there atleast 1 day every week since we have lived in Massachusetts. I order some birria tacos the lady in the front didn’t understand me some problem with the location she passed to the guy worst experience with the guy name Joel horrible person. Rude he told me I was changing the address which I said yes gave me a whole different name to my order then passes me to the girl and I tell her no onions or cilantro (I’m allergic to it) on my birria tacos she says okey I called back to add 4 pupusas to my order ask about how much it’s going to be just for the tacos says 33$ I said okey. I order at 6:30 the guy had told 1 1/2 hour I said fine. It was 8:40 when the guy showed up with my food. I was exited and all I see is so much onions and cilantro I called back and talk to the guy and tell him I asked for no cilantro or onions because I’m allergic he proceeded to tell me I didn’t take your order the girl did I said okey but my cousin also order so can I get my money back he says yes. Then two minutes later calls me saying I hadn’t stayed nothing to the girl how will I not say nothing to her knowing myself I am alérgic and I tell him I did explain to him he talk over me and I asked for the manager and he tells me he’s not here and says we will not be taking your order “cuz we can’t work with people like you” who’s this new guy name Joel making decisions where I can buy or can’t rudest person I ever met there my family and I where loyal customer everyone else amazing people but JOEL AND THE GIRL WHO TOOK MY ORDER HORRIBLE PEOPLE. He then proceeded to hang up on me and not even let me get my money back when I told him I can send the tacos back since my other family member had also order with him and you can give me my cash back and said no honestly this guy should be fired for acting like this I’m not a new customer I always get my tacos from there he also told me “we don’t make tacos without onions or cilantro” like if I haven’t order from there this is so bad hope the manager or owner take accountability for this persons action and hope to here back from them soon.

Came to Guanachapi’s while working out of town. The food was tasty but we didn’t like the fact that we had to order extra things to complete the platters . Overall a good experience good food nice place!!

Loved the food here. Tried the Carne Guisada, very well made and very tasty. One major plus, the coleslaw was actual coleslaw. And the sauce was enough for 2 meals, and a snack later the next day. Gonna go back and try the other dishes, cos they have a very large menu.

I ordered quesadillas and had them priority delivered so they came right to my door from the restaurant. When I got the quesadillas they were nothing but soggy. I don’t know if it’s because they threw fries on top. the photos on here show quesadillas that don’t look soggy. I know delivery can bring different quality but I didn’t think to this point

We went there around 5.30 pm . The restaurant was pretty quiet . They are open for patio dine in. My first time for Guatemala food were yummy and fast. They had parking lot at the restaurant was convenient. The location nearby the Charle River good spot to stroll after dinner.

The food presentation was very nice and fun. The wait staff lacked charisma a bit, but they were overall well-mannered and friendly. The restaurant itself was very clean. The part of the establishment that offers a dancing and bar room was a bit trashy, for lack of a better term.
