Though I have been to Earls several times this review is to recognize my server Bayley. She is attentive and thoughtful with dietary restrictions. My sister is gluten free and without asking Bayley notified the cooks that her fries are to be fried in oil that was not used for gluten. It’s a gesture that went a long way as my sister wasn’t sure if she would be able to enjoy her side or not.

I ordered dumplings, their new Korean bowl and a Rum crush. my food was solid. I get the same dumplings each visit as my appetizer.

Earls is a fun environment and they get fairly busy.

I celebrated my birthday here and was great full to experience. If i have a chance to come back, I would and recommend this for a friend and family. The ambience and service was great. Our server dinner at Oct 10 was amazing. He can explain the better and more. And I am thankful for his service and my family was very grateful.
the only thing is the parking. You gave to park at the mall and walk all the way out from crate and barrel or Nordstrom if you get confused near Starbucks.

Our first time to EARLS & it was OUTSTANDING! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with warm smiles. Our server, Manuel was so attentive. He recommended us his favorite dishes which my husband got and absolutely loved. The food was BEAUTIFULLY plated, drinks top notch & the service was the best. We definitely will be back! Thank you, Manuel!

I was so pleasantly surprised—everything was amazing. The food was delicious, and the drinks were perfect. Our server, Alashae, was amazing and made the experience even better.

Just a heads-up: you do need to put your name and credit card down to secure a table, but the process was super easy and quick. We got a table within 10 minutes on a Friday night, which honestly isn’t bad at all.

I highly recommend staying a little longer for happy hour drinks—the cocktails were so good. I ordered the spicy pasta, blackened chicken, and some ribs, and everything was absolutely delicious.

Went in after shopping at Bellevue Square, my waiter Spencer took great care of me. I had the prime 12oz ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and season vegetables. Steak was really juicy and tender, and the vegetables tasted amazing with a nice grilled flavor. I also got the Blue Christmas Holiday Cocktail, very smooth and tropical. Little wait time, they got me seated in less than 10 minutes as a walk-in. Was too full so I couldn’t get dessert, but I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!

Shoutout to Spencer, he was incredible he provided great service and attentive.

Everything was awesome! Chillin vibe, great food with good value on Happy hour.
I love the Salmon crispy sushi and the little fries & steak. The korean bbq ribs are bomb as well

Also at the end of the night we asked Spencer to get us drinks on his choices and we got exactly our favorite!!

Great night and definitely coming back

We’ve been to this place multiple times for its lovely ambience. We’ve ordered charred corn + avocado dip, baja fish tacos, crispy rice sushi, Nashville chicken bite skewers. All these are very good especially the avocado dip and fish tacos. The drinks were also very refreshing. Our server Hunter was amazing and made our experience better.

One thing I would want to see improve is having more dessert options.

We had a great experience at Earls. We were seated by the most wonderful hostess, I believe her name was Ava, she definitely started the evening wonderfully for us. The food and cocktails were all really good. Our server, Alanna was amazing! She is a credit to the restaurant. We will definitely return to Earls!

I came here with my mom and sister. It wasn’t planned. It was just somewhere to eat during our shopping trip. Plus, the restaurant we wanted to go to was too long of a wait. We knew it was going to be expensive. That was not an issue. The service was lacking during our visit. We went during lunch on a weekend. It wasn’t a full house, but maybe it was busier during the time we were there, it maybe our server was new. We didn’t feel like our business was of any importance.
As far as the food goes, the best thing we had was the calamari. The rest was good, but nit memorable. The drinks were okay, but not something I would order again. The Korean rib appetizers tasted like regular bbq ribs. We are Korean food nuts, so we’ve had our share of authentic Korean food. We did not get the gochujang flavor at all. The ribs were good and fell off the bone, but slapping the name of Korean on it, feels unnecessary.
We won’t go back here, but it’s a nice place for a date or special occasion. I’m glad we tried it, if only for the experience and the calamari.

We had a wonderful experience during Seattle Restaurant Week, made even better by our amazing waitress, Rachael. She was attentive, kind, and perfectly balanced being present without ever hovering. Her thoughtful service really stood out.

Here’s what we ordered from the SRW menu:
– Aburi Sushi Press – 8/10: Seared salmon nigiri with a great crunch.
– Chili Tofu – 8.5/10: Crispy, flavorful, could use a touch more spice.
– Chicken Sandwich with Truffle Fries – Chicken: 7/10 (a bit salty but loved the pickles); Fries: 9/10 (crispy, rich, and perfectly seasoned).
– Spicy Calabrian Pasta – 7.5/10: Tasty sauce, chicken slightly salty.
– Sticky Chocolate Pudding – 8/10: Warm, rich, and they brought an extra for my birthday.
– Crème Brûlée Cheesecake – 8.5/10: Soft, creamy, and balanced sweetness.
– Zero-Proof Drinks (Coconut Cold Brew + Coconut Mango Refresher) – 7.5/10: Refreshing and unique.

The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, but what truly made the day special was Rachael’s genuine care and attention. Her service turned a good meal into a memorable experience.
