OMG, the best atmosphere, beautiful establishment. Can’t believe I’ve never been here. Happy hour was the bomb. First time experience and it was great, food and drinks, great prices!! Staff and management was super friendly and lively. It’s a 10/10. Looking forward to returning!

I had a great experience and wanted to leave a positive review for the amazing service. Oscar took excellent care of us and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
Patricia also came by multiple times to check on our table and make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about their customers.
I ordered the fajitas and they were absolutely fantastic full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Overall, the service and the food were both outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience here! The service was excellent from start to finish. Our server, Lina, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. I ordered the El Dorado and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Patricia, the manager, clearly runs a wonderful team because the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and well organized. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had such a great first-time experience at El Toro on Garth Rd for brunch! Staff was super attentive, the restaurant was beautiful with a great atmosphere and the food was outstanding! The portions were generous – a great value for the price. Will definitely come back to try more menu items! Even the merch display was very eye-catching with items that would make great gifts! Highly recommend a visit here!

Best Tex-Mex food! Great service, friendly server, and quick refills. The food is always delicious and comes out fast. Prices have gone up a bit, but the quality makes it worth it. Unfortunately, today they didn’t have cones, and the ice cream machine didn’t look very appealing.

My husband and I travel from Louisiana to Houston often and we love stopping here to eat. Food is always great & service is always top notch. We just went yesterday and our waitress Alejandra was so super sweet and helpful. We tried some different things she suggested and I loved them so much I asked her if she didn’t mind typing them in my notes in my phone so I know what to order next time. She didn’t mind at all. Misty didn’t just serve our table at El Toro last night, she delivered a full-scale hospitality event. We weren’t even drinking alcohol, yet she treated us like we had Vegas bottle service, a private host, and a suspiciously high casino credit line. The level of attention, warmth, and personality she brought to the table was honestly absurd in the best possible way.
At this point, I’m forced to believe Misty has either written her own book on hospitality or is secretly the founder and dean of “Misty’s School of Hospitality Excellence.” Nobody is that naturally good without advanced training or supernatural gifts. She was funny, attentive, and somehow always appeared at exactly the right moment like a hospitality ninja.
The food was absolutely delicious, and we also really appreciated El Toro honoring our late-evening request to sit on the patio. The atmosphere out there is anlways amazing and made the whole night even better.
El Toro was already a great choice, but Misty completely stole the show. Give her a raise, a parking spot by the front door, and probably a small statue in her honor.

Food and service was great, reasonable prices on everything and good portion sizes. Our server Marcellus was great, attentive but not overbearing, and damn he knows how to sell! Only complaint is they need some better sound proofing, it’s a bit loud during the rush.
