We ordered food a month ago on Slice. They screwed up the order. Had to wait until our food got cold & another call to them to get the correct drinks back to our house. The manager said she would give us a pizza half price for all of the issues. So today we decide to take her up on her offer. Well since she’s not there right now they can’t honor her offer for half off. To make matters worse I ordered a side salad with just tomatoes & everything was in it. At this point I want my half off pizza in cash because we are NEVER going back there!
Now we have our order & the pizza isn’t cooked all of the way. It is very doughy. I’m going to have to stick it in the oven to continue cooking it so I can try to eat it. I’m very disappointed in this place. It would take a bunch of free food to make me go back. So glad Pizza Hut moved into Centerton can’t wait until they open.

I changed my review to 5 stars from 2. I waited a while to post this because I wanted to check consistency. Since my initial review, I have ordered from this Jim’s about 5 times and I have to say I have NOT been disappointed. Every time I order, the pizza is fresh, in a timely manner and has been to order every single time. Apparently they have fixed the issues that were plaguing them months back. Well done!
They have won my business back. Hope this helps others.

First of all, I love jims pizza and my rating is solely based on location. The last 3 times I have ordered off of slice, it took 90 minutes. One of which was on a week night. I can order from marcos a half mile up the road on a Friday or Saturday night and it takes half the time.
Second and lastly, it is never to order. They don’t pay attention to the details from slice.
If they fix these two things it would go a long way.

My 7 year loves this place. He loves the Razorback theme and getting to watch them cook. Pizza is awesome. We always eat in which the staff is always friendly and we are almost the only people in the restaurant. The cheese on top makes it. FYI, this one use to have a buffet and took out recently. we may have been the only ones eating it. Often understaffed though, worth the wait though. Call ahead!

LOL, seriously, someone said they “literally puked” after eating one slice? Come on. Something is seriously wrong with you if any slice of pizza makes you that sick. But whatevs.
I like this place! I really appreciate that they offer whole wheat crust. They are super generous with their toppings which I think are high quality.
I will say that I’m not the biggest fan of their wings because they’re baked, but the hot sauce on the wings is really tasty, and they have great ranch dressing.
I’ve personally never had a problem with delivery which I’ve gotten through BiteSquad.
I don’t think they’re the best pizza in the area, but it is really tasty and reasonably priced. I think their small pizza is really filling. When my SO and I order it, it’s two big meals and one or two smaller meals, too.

I gotta say that I already loved Jims before tonight. This is our go to pizza place, especially when it comes to delivery. Well tonight I called in for delivery because it was rainy and cold out. I ordered my pizza and asked for extra cheese on the cheesesticks, cause the last time they were good but less cheesy than usual… Let me tell you, if I could give them 100 stars, I would! There was so much cheese on the cheese sticks and pizza, I’m good on calcium for a month! I was so tickled and I’m still in a cheese coma two hours later. 100 STARS

Bummer these places are closing down, but not surprising. The pizza is good but it’s way overpriced vs other pizza options. They need to have specials like most modern pizza places for those who want something simple and cheap. Not worth the money for now. Hope they realize and change before completely going out of business.

I love pizza but if this was the last pizza place on Earth I would not eat there. The service is bad and my pizza wasn’t what I ordered. I called and told them they must have given me someone else’s pizza and they told me I was wrong. They offered to replace it but it would be 35 minutes, it took an hour and a half and the pizza was cold. Just won’t do this place ever again

I thought it was a bit pricey. And topping were large pieces. One slice will fill u up. I got a large suppreme. And it was like 3 inches deep of stuff on the pizza. Needs to be eaten with a fork. Just wasnt my style of pizza. Taste was good though.

We got this to go. Ordered online. They called me and told me my pizza would be done in about 10 minutes. I really liked the heads up!! And it was ready to go when I arrived 10 minutes later!! And the pizza and shrimp salad was AMAZING!!!

The pizza isn’t the best, I prefer Papa Murphy’s or Pizza Hut, but the location is perfect for me to call in an order when I leave work and it’s coming out of the oven when I get there. I live less than 5 mins away. Pizzas still hot when I get home.
They are a little skimpy on the toppings.
