I have bought ice cream cakes for my grand baby for her birthday every year since the age of one, she love them. Most of the time the are beautiful too. This year, requested Belle for her cake. If they could put Belle then I would like the cake yellow accented with red roses. I have attached what I received. I also attached a picture of a previous request for the Lion King. You tell me why was there such a huge difference in the creativity. I was very disappointed .

I am an independent news writer. I went to get ice cream with my 6 year old daughter and she was super exited to try this place! BUT after we had ordered our ice cream the person who I think was the manager for the day was extremely rude to their employees and it was a bad look!! That is defiantly not what I wanted my daughter to see there because she keeps saying when she’s old enough she wants to work there. I think the girl who made my ice cream was new and she did not deserve to be belittled by this manager. Defiantly telling all my friends and family not to go there because it’s a toxic place for customers to see and hear the things that happen behind the counter and in front of guest. I would like to definitely see changes in managment for this location. I overheard one of the workers say her name and I think it was Mia and she was tall with light brown curly hair. I felt so bad for the girl behind the stand! I will definitely be doing a story on this location and how employees are being treated while they work here. SUPER SAD!!!!! This all went down on Friday the 11th of July at around 7:45

On national ice cream day you can’t complaint about the free small soft serve with equal or greater item purchased! Kids love this place anyway and they make amazing birthday ice cream cake. Friendly staff and lots of choices

So I have recently left a one star review here in the past. I would like to amend my previous statement. Yes maybe at that time. The milkshake machine was not clean properly, but they have made up for it 1 million times over. I have since been back a few times for a chocolate milkshake and there delicious thank you very much. They actually listen to you and want to do the best that they can. I highly recommend this for anyone that wants delicious ice cream, amazing twisters and out of the world chocolate milkshakes.

We love this place! Great ice cream and the staff is always friendly. We have also gotten ice cream cakes here for birthday parties. The cakes were very good. They only accept cash so plan accordingly. There is an M&T bank next door if you need it. Note – they close during part off the winter usually and January/February so check hours before heading out

My girlfriend and I came here for some dessert after having dinner. I had a peanut butter sundae and she had a cake batter milkshake. I asked for HARD ice cream and after trying to correct the girl working there (in a nice way) she still continued to make my sundae with soft serve. My girlfriend said her milkshake was the worst. This location sucks and hires people that don’t know what they are doing.
