I love pho — so much that I make it at home from time to time. I’ve set a new standard for myself: if I can make something better than the restaurant, I don’t go back. That said, I’ve been to dozens of pho spots, and Hot Pho stands out with a flavor I haven’t found anywhere else. If you love pho, this place is for you.

Hot Pho Westminster is just an absolute delight to eat at. The service is amazing. They are polite, attentive, and seem to be great folks who run this place every time I visit. The pho is lauded by all my friends that we take here, trust me you cannot go wrong ordering the Pho. If you like Pho come here. I myself went off the beaten path a few months ago for the Chef’s Special Curry and I havent been able to enjoy the Pho since- because I can’t order anything else now! It’s amazing. I dream of this subtlety spiced delicious curry. I have nightmares that they’ll take it off the menu – what if something happens to the eponymous chef? They do all the classic appetizers well, you can’t leave with a full bowl or plate. Voices inside the restaurant tend to echo a bit but that’s certainly not worth losing any sleep over. I love the music they play otherwise. They’ve found a winning recipe that sets them apart from the multitude of other Pho restaurants.

The P2 Spicy Pho is by far the best Pho I have ever had, not even close. The spicy broth is definitely hot, but it’s so flavorful I almost don’t even notice the heat because of how much I want to keep eating. There’s no chance I will ever go anywhere else or order any other type of pho again, literally life changing. Also, the friendliest staff and service you could ask for.

Mmmmmm, this place is always delicious. I love to try new(to me) Pho places. I’ve been eating Pho since I was a little boy. I grew up with Vietnamese friends and had the pleasure of dinner with them on many occasions. This tastes like their momma made it!!! Super fresh veggies and meats. Don’t get me started on the service, it was an absolutely a pleasure to be there. You feel like family. I highly recommend this place. I wish I found them sooner

We came here after spending a couple hours at the Japanese arcade nearby. We are new to exploring vietnamese food.
The chicken pho was really good. I can see us craving it again, like it was that good. My husband tried the spicy brisket pho and he thought the chicken pho was better.

I always try the pho broth first to determine whether I might come back and I can assure you that I would come back to Hot Pho. I would give the broth a solid 8 out of 10. It is savory and tasty but just a little too oily for me. Not a big deal.
The gentlemen serving the food was really friendly and attentive to all our needs. Customer service just such a long ways and this man just exudes quality customer care.
One downfall: Bathroom was not clean. It would make a huge difference if someone took a clean rag and wiped the bathroom door down a bit. I am not a big fuss maker but cleanliness affects health. That is the reasons why I would give the atmosphere score of 3 stars.
Otherwise, I recommend this place if you are craving some good broth and on top of that, great customer service.

Ordered take out last night and may have just found my new fav pho spot in the area! The man helping me was extremely kind and our food was brought out quickly and still piping hot by the time I got home. Prices were perfect and I will be back here soon.

Chicken pho was average. Average amount of pieces of shredded chicken, average noodles in so-so broth.
The sesame chicken looked and tasted kind of like it was from a bag, like frozen pre prepared. The sesame chicken sauce was like bright red like almost sweet-and-sour sauce. Very strange. Obviously highly processed. Not good.
The whole place is really dirty. The bathroom walls and door were super filthy, like they’ve never ever been cleaned. If the bathrooms are that dirty, I wonder what the kitchen looks like.
