Dear Starbucks Owner inside costumes are as important as drive thru costumers.
They took 12 min to make a tall and a venti coffees. Let me point out they need cleaning at this location too.

Went there the other day on my lunch– one of the baristas was verbally berating her coworker the entire time I was there. The entire lobby could hear this person screeching. One of the other customers complained as well and said the behavior was unacceptable. Definitely not a “chill” environment. They also forgot about my food and I had to remind them, but to be honest they were probably distracted by the mean coworker.

I do like Starbucks from time to time. I mostly drink regular ol coffee but I do like that pumpkin vanilla latte thing. I also wanted to point out that they are also a very giving company. They have donated coffee for us to grind and bag for a ministry that’s close to my heart at my church that helps feed those in need. Coffee is comforting and soothes the soul. When you are struggling financially, coffee becomes a bit of a luxury. So thank you for your kindness, generosity and for loving on your community.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering inside. The service was incredibly slow, as they prioritize online orders and the drive-thru. I ended up waiting much longer than I expected and realized I could have gotten my drink faster if I had just used the drive-thru.

The can lights facing the wall are extremely bright and the batista always slam the metal lid when getting ice out for drinks. The staff is fantastic!

Wanted to order an iced Espresso and drove there to find this sign blocking the entrance to the drive thru?!?? Maybe you might mention on GOOGLE maps so former customers don’t discover you no longer have a drive thru.

10/10 Service. Devon and Becky are our favorite workers when we visit. They are always so nice to us and make our experience when getting drinks all the more better. Pictured below is the 2 delicous drinks we got! I honestly could go on forever about how well this Starbucks has treated us >///<

Bad experience. Ordered 2 coffees via app for drive thru. Service was SLOW at 3 in the afternoon. Both cups had coffee spilt down the sides. The iced coffee had the lid “perched on top to one side.” The reason for that was the lid did not fit the cup. The hot drink did not have a sleeve. The hot drink – my usual coffee – was not good! Not the typical Starbucks experience.

I pulled into the drive-thru at Starbucks and waited about 10 to 15 minutes with no response—either the speaker was down, or my order just wasn’t taken. After waiting patiently and pulling up to the window, the employee didn’t try to help or take my order. Instead, she simply told me to drive back around and wait in line all over again, which would’ve meant another 10 to 15 minutes.
I understand things can go wrong sometimes, but the lack of communication and unwillingness to assist in that moment was really disappointing. A little courtesy or effort to make things right would’ve gone a long way. Hopefully, this kind of experience can be improved for other customers.
