I had an amazing experience thanks to Justine at Domino’s! From the very start, he was courteous, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He made sure my order was perfect, double-checked everything with care, and handled my questions with professionalism and a great attitude.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. The pizza cutting was poorly done, making it hard to grab a slice( didn’t even add buffalo sauce evenly). On top of that one slice didn’t even have any chicken on it. It’s frustrating when you expect a decent quality food and end up with something that doesn’t meet the expectations.

I am super unhappy with our delivery tonight. When I first ordered online it said 19-39 mins or something. Took an hour… fine, whatever… my fiance brings up the food that we just spent $65 on and the one thing my daughter wants (boneless chicken wings) isn’t there, not to mention the rest of the foods cold. I call and they apologize asking if I wanted them to send them out, i say yes, he says he will double the order of chicken and it’ll be about 20-30mins? It was an hour. The last couple times of ordering from them there’s been an issue. Don’t think ill be ordering from them anymore. I work in a restaurant so I understand people make mistakes every now and then but this is absolutel BS!!

I ordered the pacific specialty pizza to go for a picnic outside yesterday. It was an online order and I requested buffalo sauce. This is how it came! It looked like she dumped the bottle all over the pizza. I should have checked but I was really hungry and didn’t. I understand accidents happen but they should have made a new pizza. I would have waited. The pizza was extremely spicy but I had no choice but to eat it because I was starving and ate at the park.

the young woman who assisted myself and my autistic son was extremely rude to us and short with him. im so disappointed in dominoes for having speone like that on your staff. her name tag said steph or stephanie hopefully I’m getting that right she had shorter hair and I was so blown away by how you could allow someone like that to work st all let alone with customers. needless to say we left and ate elsewhere iv bever fealt more anger towards someone by the way she spoke to my son

1 pizza out of 2 was wrong. Garlic sauce was 1, BBQ Sauce on 2nd. Both were BBQ Sauce and the receipt shows an inaccurate fulfillment of the order. It’s my mistake for not checking the receipt and the pizzas prior to leaving. A life lesson learned
