If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was my last day ordering at this location and the only reason that I went is because my boyfriend had a free chicken sandwich from the last time that we went and the service was horrible. For whatever reason, Maria has a nasty attitude. I don’t know if she’s a manager or not what but she’s never pleasant. The first time we went we ordered our food and we literally waited 20 minutes plus as they served people that ordered after us. Then today, she decided to call the young man that’s the cashier named Aaron to start helping with orders when she realized that we was there when he LITERALLY just finished ringing someone up and he even asked if he could ring us up and she said “no! Do what I tell you”. Don’t know why she’s still there but def is the worst Chick fil a location that I’ve been too and will not be returning.

worst ever.. i’ve ordered here a few times. I work in the mall so I always order ahead for a pick up. Two times i’ve had to wait over 25 minutes for something as simple as a spicy chicken sandwich or a salad. We get 30 minute breaks and I waste over 25 waiting dispite the fact that I ordered ahead of time. I don’t recommend ordering here if you’re in a rush or time crunch. Order ONLY if you have time to waste. Not wasting my time or money here again.

After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally just asked for a refund. I know it’s crazy to think a chicken sandwich might be faster than that at a place that makes chicken sandwiches. I guess I just have high standards. a few other people had been waiting a long time for their food as well. Only reason they’re not getting 1 star is because they gave me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich meal. Since I never get fries or a drink and I’ll never use that chick fill a again, it’s a bit worthless.

I’ve never been to a dirty CFA. Tuesday 3pm. No napkins, ALL tables dirty, counters sticky on their side & customers side, floors had trash everywhere behind the line & dining room. Plenty of staff. Tenders tasted like they’d been refried in dirty grease. Definitely not used to this at CFA.

ordered at 9:05 am left drive thru at 927 am. Ordered large drink got medium. Asked for ketchup not in bag. Claimed a computer glitch but everyone around me came and went. Gave me a free brownie I guess that’s suppose to make up for the inconvenience. Wasn’t cause I don’t like brownies. Not impressed.

This location has been losing my service for months now and since a recent experience I’m not returning. My gf applied here and the management was very rude and none of the staff seemed properly trained. The management had zero enthusiasm and the location didn’t appear to be a proper example of what a chick fil a should be. Staff seem careless and the management now has me in suspicion of them racially profiling for job applicants. Contacting corporate.

Food was as good as ever, but the service was slow and lackadaisical. One female was more concerned about the 25 pounds of hair on her head than helping customers. Trash cans in the dining room was overflowing and some of the tables were dirty. The other local CFAs have way better and friendlier service.

I come to chick fil a all time and never had this problem. I placed a mobile order and asked for it to be delivered to FootAction, as I always do. 10 minutes later and I have yet to receive my food, so I called and they said they were making it now and they would bring it down to me. 23 minutes after I called them and still I have not received my food , so I walk down there they tell me they already sent it down about 10 minutes ago, and politely told them that I have not received it. So they just made my order again and they didn’t have any more chicken tenders so I asked for an 8 count, I walk pass Kids Footlocker and they are eating the food I ordered. Once I got back to my store I was beginning to eat my food the nuggets were burnt, I could not even finish 2 nuggets. I was so disappointed with the service.

Wanted to meet my wife there for lunch. Got there early had to use restroom was told I couldn’t until we ordered and had receipt . So I had to walk thru mall to food court and we just ate there. Fyi this is a violation of SC state laws which state that any restroom that is in a are accessible to the public has to be available to the public. You can not restrict it to anyone when asked to be used.
