The customer service was very unprofessional. The employee named Jasmine helping me had a rude attitude and spoke in a way that sounded irritated and inappropriate for a workplace. I felt uncomfortable during the interaction and it definitely wasn’t welcoming.

I understand everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn’t feel disrespected when ordering a simple drink. Hopefully management can address this because I normally enjoy Starbucks. I might as well go to Warsaw for my morning coffee from now on.

I go to Starbucks in different locations pretty often but this location always makes the best iced blonde vanilla latte. Really appreciate knowing the drink will come out perfect here every time. Everyone is always very friendly in the drive thru!

I have given this store many chances. It does not matter if I order ahead or in person. 90% of the time they will get the drinks wrong. If I get iced this will give me hot and vice versa or simply a totally different drink. Sometimes I take it as is and sometimes I have asked to remake. Today I ordered a hot drink, girl in the window said if I wanted a sleeve, what a joke the drink was cold, I might as well should have asked for it iced. Let’s not even talk about the wait time! This store is 100% not meeting Starbucks standards.

The people who work here tend to be rude and act like something is seriously wrong with them! It is ashame that because this is such a rural section that whenever we are in NC we have to deal with this crap, as God is my witness if there was even one Starbucks a lot closer than them this location would be blown out of the water. There was a cashier I encountered with my name which is Jasmine I even made a comment about it and while I was on the phone to literally get my birthday reward drink reinstated she had very bad customer skills and only seemed to talk to me when I mentioned that I called corporate to get my points reinstated.

I wish to God that the typical worker there didn’t act in such a depraved matter, I am from NJ and don’t give me this crap about southern hospitality this and that, we aren’t in the old days anymore these new southerners even in customer service tend to act like they don’t know how to act. There was a couple of workers there that really pushed to be somewhat nice but you could tell it must of hurt, good grief, we are in the bible belt for goodness sakes time to open the good book and be on your best behavior!

I’ve never left a review before but god this Starbucks is just awful, I just went today and I had to wait 15 minutes in drive thru for ONE drink. I would understand if they were busy, but they barely had any customers.. I got my drink just to find out my almost $7 drink was mostly filled with whipped cream. Might as well shut down if you can’t train your employees properly.

I’ve visited this location twice. The first time I ordered an Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte and received the matcha version. I didn’t complain because I didn’t look at the receipt before the drink was handed to me. The second time I ordered the new Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and not only did it just taste like regular espresso it was 90% ice. Unsatisfactory to pay $7 for a drink for it to be mainly ice.

The thing about this Starbucks is that the service they give varies day to day. Sometimes they make the drinks perfect and other times they don’t. Unfortunately this recent time I went I waited around 25ish minutes for 3 drinks when there was no one else in line 🙁 The guy at the drive thru window kept apologizing and the service was great overall. I finally received the drinks and pulled out of the drive thru which was a mistake. I was already on the way home when I realized my Caramel ribbon crunch had no caramel Pretty disappointing

I went in and the people working tonight were amazing. Names were Jazmine, Abby, and Albert. Had my drinks done the moment I got to the window. It was my first time coming in so def gave a good first impression.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a venti iced vanilla cappuccino with sweet cold foam my total was $8.06 Not only did my drink come out hot instead of iced, but it’s also only halfway full. When I told her that it was supposed to be iced, she is warm as they don’t think them that way. She also did not offer to fix it. These employees need to learn customer service.
