If you love authentic pizza, Ricca’s is a must! I tried their Margherita pie and it was phenomenal. Baked in a brick oven, the crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of char. The sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the mozzarella and basil were perfectly balanced simple, classic, and absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The staff was nice and friendly. I even recently saw that they do have bands play at night and they also have an outdoor dining area when the weather is good. Hands down one of the best Margherita pies I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back!

My favorite restaurant:)
The best chicken in NJ as far as I am concerned.
We tried the new pizza on the menu, ” the boardwalk pizza” on our last trip and it was amazing.
I always get the garlic Parmesan chicken and that’s a staple.
Every pizza is fantastic

The food was good. Definitely worth a return. Only downfall is when my spouse and I entered, one waiter/hostess gave us the “we are about to close vibes” instead of greeting us. However, the waiter that took our order had a better demeanor. I want to say closing time was still 1.5 hours from when we entered.

I recently visited a cozy spot in South Jersey and had a wonderful experience! We chose to sit outside, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. I started with an apple martini, which arrived quickly and was quite refreshing. For food, we ordered the Hot Honey pizza and the Bianca pizza, both of which were absolutely delicious—flavors were on point, and the crust had the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness.

Our waitress, Rachael, was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. Service was prompt, and she checked in on us at just the right moments without being intrusive. Overall, I’d definitely return for both the food and the warm, inviting atmosphere!

Daughter and I made a stop here while my son was at football practice. We were well received and there was no wait for a table. Venue has a open space set up. Casual, bar feel. Sports on the screens. We enjoyed calamari and mozzarella sticks as starters. We shared cesar salad and chicken alfredo. We ordered a italian sausage sandwich for our son and he devoured it. Pleasant spot.

First time visiting last night and we will definitely be going back. Pizza was excellent and the Buffalo ears were on point. Great service and the food came out very fast too considering how busy it was. This place was packed at 5pm which is kind of early for dinner for obvious reasons. Super nice owner introduced himself on our way out the door and made sure everything was OK. That is how you run a business. May seem like a small gesture but it goes a long way in my book.

Ricca Brick Oven absolutely nailed it. The buffalo chicken pizza was outstanding — perfectly cooked crust, great balance of heat, and loaded with flavor without being overpowering. You can really taste the quality in every bite.

The salads were just as impressive — fresh, crisp, and well-portioned with delicious dressings that didn’t overpower the ingredients.

And the cannoli varieties? Top notch. Fresh shells, smooth and flavorful filling, and a great selection that makes it hard to choose just one.

Everything we tried was excellent. Quality ingredients, great execution, and clearly made with care. Highly recommend Ricca Brick Oven — we’ll definitely be back!

It was our first time there and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was so incredibly good! We tried the spicy shrimp, calamari, and the meatballs. The table got a few pizzas, the italian fingers, honey hot, and the bruchetta pie. So so good! Truly unlike any other! While there we played some trivia with other patrons and had a blast! We will definitely be back!

Thank goodness the food is amazing….
Only reason we waited over 37 mins to communicate with the host- which we sat beside the host stand….
Then in total 50 minutes for our first round of beverages.
I called ahead for a table of 6… & two high chairs. Thinking the server with 4 tables next to us was triple sat? But she never even acknowledged us as her fifth table. Not even a simple glance… neither did she notice we weren’t even helped yet… 2) I had to get up and retrieve menus…

I have working in the industry (locally) for over 20 years and I know what great service looks like… sadly, it was not here for my family tonight.
Thankfully one of the hostess gave us half decent service. Never learned her name and then she disappeared for 15 minutes.
But overall, we shouldn’t be her main concern if that’s not her job – when the dining room is full…. Her job should include running food/cleaning tables & alerting servers when they are sat.
If the server are that overwhelmed— they need to learn to communicate… like, hey! I’m not your server, but I can start your drinks, then notify main server. Teamwork truly makes or breaks a restaurant. Honestly, no one seemed bothered or willing to help. Just very big lag in willingness for excellence.

This was our families opportunity to get together for our NYE dinner— my husband and dad… they picked this place today because the food is one of their top choices in Hammonton. The food was the ONLY reason we didn’t get up and leave.
