The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The staff was nice and friendly. I even recently saw that they do have bands play at night and they also have an outdoor dining area when the weather is good. Hands down one of the best Margherita pies I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back!
The best chicken in NJ as far as I am concerned.
We tried the new pizza on the menu, ” the boardwalk pizza” on our last trip and it was amazing.
I always get the garlic Parmesan chicken and that’s a staple.
Every pizza is fantastic
Our waitress, Rachael, was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. Service was prompt, and she checked in on us at just the right moments without being intrusive. Overall, I’d definitely return for both the food and the warm, inviting atmosphere!
The salads were just as impressive — fresh, crisp, and well-portioned with delicious dressings that didn’t overpower the ingredients.
And the cannoli varieties? Top notch. Fresh shells, smooth and flavorful filling, and a great selection that makes it hard to choose just one.
Everything we tried was excellent. Quality ingredients, great execution, and clearly made with care. Highly recommend Ricca Brick Oven — we’ll definitely be back!
Only reason we waited over 37 mins to communicate with the host- which we sat beside the host stand….
Then in total 50 minutes for our first round of beverages.
I called ahead for a table of 6… & two high chairs. Thinking the server with 4 tables next to us was triple sat? But she never even acknowledged us as her fifth table. Not even a simple glance… neither did she notice we weren’t even helped yet… 2) I had to get up and retrieve menus…
I have working in the industry (locally) for over 20 years and I know what great service looks like… sadly, it was not here for my family tonight.
Thankfully one of the hostess gave us half decent service. Never learned her name and then she disappeared for 15 minutes.
But overall, we shouldn’t be her main concern if that’s not her job – when the dining room is full…. Her job should include running food/cleaning tables & alerting servers when they are sat.
If the server are that overwhelmed— they need to learn to communicate… like, hey! I’m not your server, but I can start your drinks, then notify main server. Teamwork truly makes or breaks a restaurant. Honestly, no one seemed bothered or willing to help. Just very big lag in willingness for excellence.
This was our families opportunity to get together for our NYE dinner— my husband and dad… they picked this place today because the food is one of their top choices in Hammonton. The food was the ONLY reason we didn’t get up and leave.
