Really appreciate the welcoming, positive and upbeat attitude the staff showed. Free Burger Day had to have been something for them I’m sure. They didn’t let my demanding changes bother them, they happily fulfilled my request. Thank you Denise and Yesenia, you’re sparkling stars! As for the APP order online didn’t offer options I needed on my order like no ketchup add mayo and grilled onion, someone has to work on that especially since there’s a charge for the onions.

I know that the score is lowered today. I’ve been eating here 3 to 5 times a week 2 – 3 times a day. It’s not like I walk in and leave a big mess when I leave. Last week, I lost track of time add some time around 10:05 p.m. what’s on my way out the door and I had to use the bathroom. I asked permission from the night manager and she was gracious enough to say yes. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. No paper towels. One of the employees came in but promptly left. After 10 minutes or so I began calling the restaurant on my cell phone. They didn’t answer the first three times and when they did answer they informed me that they were out of toilet paper. I suggested paper towels and napkins and they say they apologized but they were out of those items as well. I wont tell you how I solved that dilemma. What is it about a corporate owned store that humanity just doesn’t seem to exist anymore? My wife and I love Carl’s Jr. The store used to be full of compassion and joy. I hope and pray that they get that back.

I just came in the other night tired after work and wanting something quick to eat. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and a young woman by the name of Marissa took my order. I ordered a side of large zucchini with my large meal and she was sure to inform me that the zucchini only came in 1 size, which i found to be helpful of her to mention. She kept on a smile, was very kind and helpful and overall my interaction with her made the stop one worth reviewing!

I came to your restaurant to pick up a delivery order. The two cashiers were extremely rude and disrespectful toward me. This behavior is unacceptable.

The night,a female staff at the drive-thru window had an extremely bad attitude! She was slow and arrogant in preparing the food! She was constantly chatting and laughing, as if she were on a video call! All the customers waiting for their orders were getting very impatient.

I went through the drive thru at this location and it was very busy, Marisa acknowledged me and said she would be right with me as soon as she could. Marisa is very helpful especially when it’s busy she treats her customers with respect and attends to their needs as needed.

Went to this Carl’s Jr it’s been awhile since I been to Carl’s Jr and I’ll tell u since Covid I have done nothing but find terrible customer service and today this gal was so gracious and helpful and her kindness really helped me today. I don’t think she realized what a bad day I was having and she really made it better. I want to thank her, I believe her name was Marisa. Great job young lady.

The young lady taking my order, explained that they could make my grilled cheese breakfast sandwich toasted on both sides. No one had ever told me I could ask for it that was. She made my day and breakfast the best. Thank you dear.
