Place is super easy to find tons of parking. Place is huge clean loads of fun. There’s tons of free parking and there are tons of options inside as far as fun and food and drinks. The bar is fully stocked and the servers are quick to help you. The food was really good and reasonably priced liie most of the other locations. Wish it had more space for more games but they had a lot of deals and combo options. Food came quickly and it was hot and clean. Restrooms are in the back and fully tended to and there are all kinds of groups of people. Drinks were also really good.

Is this a joke?? Ya ghostbusters game are rigged and I asked for those tech people and they’re refused to fix not just that game but other games as well and they admit as they said “pay us to fix it for you!” Are they’re like Nintendo greed on me???
No wonder I pick Brooklyn D & B over this place, this place was good back then until they got greedy and rigged all the games especially my fav game Ghostbusters and they got rid of the 2010s games like Deadstorm pirates and Dark Escape shooter games!!
And especially they closed the human crane attraction as most stores said “we’re always open”, but this store isn’t!!

There were multiple games that were not working. We did get to play other games and have a good time. We also ate dinner here. We were seated quickly and our waitress was quick to come. I thought we were going to have a great time. Appetizer was not hot but Luke warm at best. It took me asking 4 times to finally get a refill.
Dinner came out by a bummer who just placed the food on the table and left. Did not place in front of the proper people. Dinner wasn’t that hot either. My son also asked for no cheese, onion or tomato on his burger and that’s exactly what it came out with. He ended up eating it because to get service was hard since at that point I was still waiting on a refill. Service definitely needs to be better.

I have normally have had nothing but good experiences with D&B. Tonight, was one of my least favorite experiences.
The service was just poor, we waited at least 20 mins for a server for us to be told I’ll get your server and then it was the gentleman who said it was him. He started having an attitude and when we said thank you, just disregarded us and never came around to ask if we needed anything, had any questions, etc. just made myself and my fiancè feel not welcomed.
The food was okay, it’s been better in other locations and was going to order dessert, but after waiting for almost another 30 mins for our server we decided to close out

I went there with my husband and his 6 year old son had a blast. Surprisingly the food was so good! Like really good seasoned. Shout out to the chef. Then the drink. I had a henny something sooo good!! He had a blast. We will be returning had a blast!

My family loves coming here. Food is not the best, but most people are not coming here for just the food. The updated menu is pretty good. We started getting the season passes, which depending on what level you get, offers unlimited games (excluding purple colored games) but a limit of 2000 tickets per week per pass. Pass lasts for around 3 months. After a couple visits it pays for itself. We try to go early afternoon before it gets too busy. My 7 y/o daughter and 3 y/o son love all the games. Place is clean. Employees are quick to respond with any issues. Table service speed can be hit or miss. We will keep getting the season passes in the future.

Terrible waiter. Not friendly at all. We all had separate checks because we’re on a business trip. He mentioned we should have said that from the beginning. The drinks were terrible, I do mean terrible. Nothing like the pictures and overpriced. I ordered the millions dollar rita, it was overflowing with h ice. We came to Dave & Buster’s during spring break with 5 little kids and 4 big kids at heart — and let me tell you, we had an absolute blast! From racing games to claw machines, basketball to Dance Dance Revolution (my personal favorite!), every corner was packed with excitement.
The arcade had something for everyone, and we were all running around collecting tickets, chasing high scores, and cheering each other on like it was the championship. Watching the kids light up claiming their prizes was the cherry on top!
And when we needed to refuel, the food and bar area was super convenient — perfect for grabbing snacks or a quick drink before jumping back into the fun.
Whether you’re 7 or 70, Dave & Buster’s brings out the inner child in everyone. Totally worth the visit — we’ll be back for round two!

I was there with my friend and our kids we had an amazing experience From the moment we walked in until we left! Jailene our server was outstanding went above and beyond for us! incredible attention, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our night. And not to talk about the amazing dragon fruit margarita she did for us !!!
The manager Ilan also stopped by to check on us which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. The food was great, we had mini burgers and wings! Are kids didn’t want to leave , the games were so much fun even for us as adults and the being able to have a drink while kids play just makes the experience complete!
Highly recommend visiting this location! We can’t wait to come back!

Horrible service waited an hour for the pool table after getting reserved. Took us 7 minutes to get there from the main mall and they gave it away as they have 5 minute hold policy. Okay I understand but the person behind the counter very rude and annoyed tone. We understand and we get back on the list waiting right there for 2 hours and as we are next to use the table. We waited for a party to finish and as they left we were right behind them to get the table. Someone came from the side asked to the table and got it? We were next on the list and were in line right behind them. They also vouched for us that we were waiting for them. And they give it to someone who is further down on the list. And offer to have me the very next person? Like was I not waiting for 3 and half hours already to be the next person? Horrible service wasted more than 3 hours of my time very unprofessional. If someone can come and take it, what is the list for? What have I been waiting for? I was next and they were further down and they got it skipping the line and asking from the side and we mention that we were next with the previous party vouching for us and us being on the list. Horrible service and time waster. I understand it takes time for people to use to pool we waited. I understood they had a 5 minute hold policy. But it is outrageous how they gave the table we were supposed to get away and did not help or do anything aside offer us the next table where we were already the next party to have the table. They could put me on a list I already am on? Makes no sense horrible service, unethical, and unprofessional. I am very disappointed in this establishment of Dave and busters.
